Off-line programming of robotic workstation for laser welding
Ploc, Jakub ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
The thesis deals with off-line programming of industrial robots in the production system for laser rear door welding. Currently, robotized technology workplaces become an integral part of modern production lines, bringing considerable efficiency, accuracy, but also certain flexibility. The introductory part of this work is devoted to the issue of robotized laser welding and their programming methods. In the next part, a system analysis of the workplace, including the creation of several variants of the arrangement, is carried out, where the resulting variant is subsequently processed in the practical part. This part focuses mainly on creating the simulation model in the Tecnomatix Process Simulade software program, where control robotic programs are created. In the last part of the thesis, a simplified risk analysis of the workplace is carried out, including the reduction of the risk by taking protective measures.
