This thesis, bearing the name "The crime of drunkenness according to § 360 of Act No. 40/2009Coll., Criminal Code" aims to analyse and understand deeper the crime of drunkenness in all its aspects. Initially, it deals with the historical kontext of this crime and the development of its conception through history to this day. The thesis also describes terms of diminished sanity and insanity as well as other terms related to the crime including the institute actio libera in causa in both of its forms. This crime is indeed an atypical one, whilst being one of the methods of dealing with illegal deeds committed by inflicted insanity. Such crime lies in the fact that the offender of an act otherwise criminal (one lacking an important sign of a crime) had, prior to such act, induced himself to a state of insanity by culpable consuming or applicating an addictive substance. Insanity as itself exclude criminal culpability of the offender, however not in cases hen offender self-inducing it by consuming or applicating an addictive substance, which makes the crime of drunkenness unique. Dealing with the evil in the family

This bachelor's thesis describes the process of family member evaluation with moral evil of another family member. The theoretical part defines the concept of family and specifies the family activities and influences on a child including pathological family phenomena. Besides, the moral philosophy evaluates the terms of moral good and bad. The Ten Commandments with extracts of moral evil are used as the moral codex not only for believers in God. The concluding of theoretical part surveys of blame phenomenon and possible human response to the blame of another person. Great attention is paid to forgiveness. The experimental research by means of qualitative methodology is defined by the practical part that is compiled of three profound talks with persons who are in a way affected by moral evil of a family member. Above all there are studies of a family member attitude to another one who committed some moral evil and then the process of facing the other's blame. The data analysis is carried out by Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis.
Discussion about Wilhelm II. after the year 1945 and his onus for the First World War

The main topic of this thesis is the person of the last German Emperor Wilhelm II, who was considered very controversial even during his lifetime and opinions on him varied greatly. A particular point of interest of many experts was and is especially the question of Wilhelm's II share of the blame for starting the First World War. This thesis is a historiographical analysis pursuing interpretations of Kaiser Wilhelm II in relation to the events before 1914 in selected titles by leading authors concerned with this issue. The aim of this thesis is evaluating the development of the discussion on Kaiser Wilhelm II after 1945, when a vigorous debate on the topic of Wilhelm II and his guilt on World War I gradually sparked in expert circles. The output of the thesis is a summary of main interpretation streams of the selected authors as well as the monitoring of changes in the opinions on the last German Emperor after 1945 and determining the distinctiveness of this changes. While the question of the guilt on World War I was very damped shortly after 1945, it was reopened over time and an ever more active discussion took place, though being slightly damped again in recent times.
Blame and punishment in Vocel's Harfa

Contribution of discussion proceeds from impulses of K. Janský and J. Hedvičáková concerning literary connection Karel Hynek Mácha's literary production with dramatic first work Harfa (1825) from J. E. Vocel. In partial interpretation comparison of Vocel's Harfa nad Mácha's Máj together with fragments of Mácha's dramas Bratři or Bratrovrah author arrives at the related poetic methods of the issues of time, eternity, developing of the motif of guilt, in typology and feature of characters.
The Conscience Conception in Josef Ratzinger

This work deals with the question of conscience in general and in the theological way. It defines the term conscience from different points of view. It describes the phenomenon of conscience on the basis of opinions of St. Augustine, St. Thomas Aquinas and the conception of Joseph Ratzinger that appears from the two above mentioned theologians.
