Zpracování tekutých odpadů v zemědělské bioplynové stanici
Havran, Lukáš
This bachelor thesis deals with the position of biogas plants in the field of possibilities of processing biodegradable waste. Thesis is solving the general functioning of biogas plants and focusing on the raw materials that are processed here and thanks to the fermentation process produce biogas. An important part of the thesis is then the solution of the possible use of biogas as a renewable energy source. The thesis also deals with legal regulations that regulate the service of a biogas plant and especially other requirements of possible input and initial raw materials from biogas plants. The subsequent experimental part of the thesis is focusing on the possibilities of inclusion of sludge, wastewater by a laboratory experiment to the range of raw materials, which are legally approved for processing in biogas plants.
Bioplynové stanice v regionu Jihomoravského kraje
Hrdličková, Gabriela
The bachelor thesis deals with biogas stations in the South Moravian Region. The aim of the work is the introduction of biogas plants, the definition of basic concepts and the notification of issues associated with these facilities. The theoretical part contains literature research, which explains the essence of biogas plants, highlights their positives and draws attention to the problems associated with their operation. The application part describes in detail five biogas plants based on personal visits and structured interviews with representatives of these specific facilities. There is also a SWOT analysis accompanied with a detailed description. At the end of the application part, specific measures and recommendations are proposed, which could prevent complications associated with the operation of the biogas station or would help streamline the operation of the biogas station.
Vliv enzymatického přípravku na zvýšení produkce bioplynu
Jiráková, Jana
This diploma thesis is concerned of monitoring enzymatic substance impact on biogas production in particular biogas station. The topic of a collective farm’s cultivated biomass, essential for processing in biogas station, is addressed. These are mainly erosively dangerous crops. In the first phase, enzymes and parameters affecting the creation of biogas are described. Consequently, the thesis addresses the process in a biogas station with and without additives. The aim is to find out whether the current phytomass is possible to be supplemented or replaced by an enzymatic substance, which would lead to enlargement of biogas production and in parallel would enable the collective farm to decrease the cultivation of wide-row maize.
Energy balance of biomass heating plant
Žmolík, Václav ; Šen, Hugo (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This thesis deals with a design of a biomass heating plant combinating a Rankin-Clausius cyklus and a CHP unit. The CHP unit fuel is a biogas and the boiler fuel is a wooden chip. The adapted CHP unit regenerates feed-water of the R-C cycles. This design is technicaly and economicalty compared with the Rankin-Clausius cycle without feed-water regeneration by the CHP unit.
Losses in a pipe line because of the flow of mixed substratums
Vlasák, Bohdan ; Beňo, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pěček, Jan (advisor)
Introductory part of this thesis is aimed on theoretical description, principle and building of biogas stations, which require solution of many different problems. A specific group of the problems concern transport of mixed substrates of different concentrations both in and outside the area of biogas station. A major part of the substrate transport is done by pumping it in pressure pipeline. Experimental work consists of design and description of a measuring circuit. Graphic characteristics for water and gas loss levels are drawn from the measured readings. Multiples of pressure losses by flowage of substrates with different levels of dry basis are graphically expressed with a help of correction coefficients.
Energy use of biomass
Musilová, Petra ; Brázdil, Marian (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor’s thesis is a research study of biomass use in energy industry with main focus on electric energy production. This thesis primarily concerns with biomass properties, biomass processing technologies and the application of such technologies in the Czech Republic. The first part of this work consists of biomass definition and its division. The next part deals with biomass energetic properties and following is a familiarization with cogeneration (the combined use of heat and power to create electricity). Furthermore this thesis analyses individual technologies used in electricity production. The last part focuses on heating plants, power stations and biogas plants, which use biomass and on charting these specific units in the Czech Republic.
Bio-gas plant heat utilisation effectivity analysis
Šmarda, Marek ; Frič, Ondřej (referee) ; Pavlas, Martin (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the analysis of heat efficiency and effectiveness of the Vojtěchov biogas station unit. The material balances were developed in connection with biogas created in the cogeneration unit. The heat produced by the cogeneration unit is distributed to reactors and drying rooms. Pursuing the main goal of the thesis, the research of the complete heating balance for all months has been conducted. Additionally, a variety of options were assessed, to find the best solution of how to increase the effectivity of the heat. As for the final solution, two recommendations have been proposed in the thesis. The first recommendation lies in a better usage of low-level heat distributed to the secondary fermentor. The second suggestion deals with the amount of heat from cogeneration unit to the system. The result of the analysis is the final recommendation on how to increase the efficiency of the heat usage and potential impacts of the solution on the subsidy according to the KVET standards received in the given year.
Increasing of electricity production in BGS using ORC cycle
Beck, Michal ; Baláš, Marek (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
Objective of this Master’s thesis is to make search about generation and use biogas, with focus on cogeneration and to make search about possibilities of increasing the share of production of electricity by cogeneration from biogas. This final work has also the task to summarize possibilities of increasing the share with ORC cycle and to evaluate pros and cons of this use. Main part of this work is dealing with own design of increasing production of electricity with cogeneration from biogas in biogas station with ORC cycle and comparing this modification with steam engine.
