Measuring stations in an automatic machining line
Fúsek, Jakub ; Majerík, Jozef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the use of measuring stations in an automatic machining lines. An overview of the methods of measuring engineering products in engineering practice with a focus on automation of measurement is described. The basic principles of function of these machines, their construction and materials are described. The largest part describes coordinate measuring machines, which continue to evolve and offer more and more possibilities for automatic measurement. The practical part is aimed at documenting the sample situation of measurements on this type of equipment and evaluating the possibility of its integration into the automatic machining line.
Thermal properties of automotive light sources - LED
Bárta, Jiří ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
The aim of this theses is to summarize the basic information about thermal properties of automobile lighting sources. The main topic is a LED diode. A model of a LED diode is going to be created in Inventor. A simulation of Joule's losses will be performed in Ansys Workbench Transient.
Temperature measurement in electric machines
Halfar, Ivo ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis Temperature measurement in electric machines deals with beginning and exuding of the heat of electric motors and measuring of the temperature. The temperature is one of the most important values in diagnostic. High temperature could damage an isolation and it could tend to destroy of the whole machine. The temperature influences their magnetic properties on motors with permanent magnets. If you reach the Curie temperature it could come to its demagnetisation. Measuring of the temperature is important to verify allowable warming of motor or more precisely its spooling. The measuring of the temperature is needed for making motors with minimum of charges and its worth at the end. We could use two methods for measuring the temperature. It is contact and noncontact method. Warming and decomposition of the temperatures it is possible to appoint also with help of theoretic computations which are getting of the method of final elements. A lot of computer programs is using this method. Because of the existence of many sorts of electric motors, one of the viewpoints is the principle of working, another one is the construction. I concentrate on problems of asynchronous motors. In this bachelors thesis I have done theoretical calculation and contact and noncontact method of measuring of warming of the asynchronous motor.
Thermal properties of automotive light sources - Halogen sources
Hlubinka, David ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
The aim of master´s thesis is to get acquainted with the design and materials used in selected automotive light source – tungsten halogen lamp. Further, the thesis focused on the theory and appropriate selection of the thermal measurement method on a real sample. Subsequently, a model of the light source and its simulation in the ANSYS – Maxwell 3D and Mechanical programs are created. Finally, the results of the thermal simulation and the non-contact measurement of the tungsten halogen lamp are evaluated
Calculation of the distribution of the temperature field in the induction machine
Formánek, Jakub ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
The issue of this bachelor‘s thesis is concerning about creating of 3D model of an real electric machine in software called Autodesk Inventor and ints following implementation to software called ANSYS Workbench which is used for simulation of thermal analysis by using finite element method. Results of each analysys will be compared with laboratory measuring on assigned asynchronous machine
Accuracy of non-contacting Temperature Measurement
Horák, Ladislav ; Janečka, Jan (referee) ; Vdoleček, František (advisor)
This master’s thesis is specialized on the influence of correct parameters of emissivity, which depends on the temperature, wavelength and ambient environment. The investigation the parameter was taken infrared non-contact thermometer MI3 from company Raytek. To improve the quality of measurement was designed and programmed measuring utility program. The program was developed in the LabView 8.5 programming environment. To obtain the true value of the measured temperature of the target was designed and constructed the touch thermometer with the resistance dependent sensor. The thermometer is connected to the communication box of infrared thermometer and contain the same program. Nowadays are the most advanced IR thermometer with fixed parameters emissivity, which is applicable just to the real body in the vicinity of the parameter emissivity 0,95. For those IR thermometers were designed correction function, which would have temperature measured at a fixed emissivity parameter 0,95 set close to the actual value of the object.
Non-contact temperature measurement methods
Segeťa, Petr ; Kandus, Bohumil (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The thesis provides an overview of methods for non-contact temperature measurement. The thesis analyzes the theory and the two main methods - measurement using pyrometers and thermovision. Are described the principle, calibration, their advantages and disadvantages.
