Medical center Hlinsko

This diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of a project documentation of medical center in city Hlinsko. New building is situated in the northern part of the city in the area determined for constructions of public infrastructure. It´s a four-floor object with partial basement and slant mansard and flat vegetative roof.Object is based on foundation strips and footings made from reinforced concrete.The bearing and internal walls are designed from KALKSANDSTEIN lime sand blocks.The beams and collums are used in the placed designed with open disposition.The ceiling in 1.PP is designed as reinforced concrete for securing fire safety.The rest od ceiling constructions is designed from prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL,with exception in 4.NP,where the ceiling constructions are made from solid roof system YTONG KOMFORT,which is layed on frame system made of steel and reinforced concrete.The peripheral walls of 1.PP are made from lost formwork, which is insulated with extruded polystyrene.The walls in floors above ground are insulated with combination of external thermal insulation system (ETICS) and ventilated facade with CEMBRIT SOLID and PATINA facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into several part.Cafe, pharmacy, ambulance and medical center, each with it´s own entrance.Pharmacy is equipped with shop, medicine mixer and storage.Ambulance is equipped with garage slots, background for employees, room of crisis preparedness and operating center.Medical centrum is equipped with emergency, RTG, operating theater, rehabilitations and other types of examination rooms.Each examination room is equipped with waiting room.For more comfort the center has a background for employees.The whole object is designed with forced air exchange. Designed object is barrier-free.In front of the building is situated parking slots for cars, motorbikes and ambulances.Total number of slots is 74 places, which 5 is designed for disabled people.
Boarding house Pamferova Huť

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Low-cost Accomodation for Young

This thesis describes the design of a low-cost Accommodation for Young people. It is an apartment building on 5 floors above ground, designed primarily as a starter housing for young people. The first floor is completely wheelchair friendly and there are 3 apartments for for wheelchair users (1x2+KK, 2x1+ KK) . In the second and third floors is a total of 20 flats (1 bedroom apartment). The fourth and fifth floor consists of 5 maisonette flats (2+KK) with access to the terrace. The house is based on the foundation walls and footings. The structural system consists of load-bearing walls POROTHERM and internal reinforced concrete columns and beams. Ceiling construction consists of of panels SPIROLL and a reinforced concrete slab. The house has two roof construction, flat monotube roof (terrace) and a sloped gable roof formed by wooden rafters. The house is situated on a large grassy area, which forms the park for rest and relaxation. On the property is a parking lot along access roads with a total of 32 parking spaces.

This bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for a new building called VillaHouse. The building is located in the southeastern part of the City of Polička. This is a three-story apartment building with a flat roof. The building has main and side entrances. The main entrance to the building is wheelchair accessible. The first floor has been designed with storage areas as well as a staircase and vestibule. The second and third floors are designed with 6 separate apartments. The apartments are of different size categories (2 + 1, 3 + 1, 1 + kc, 2 + kc and 2 x 3 + kc). The building has sheltered parking for 6 cars. The footings of the building are made of plain concrete. The supporting and perimeter walls are made from ceramic blocks. The ceiling constructions are made of prestressed reinforced concrete panels SPIROLL. The external walls are insulated with contact insulation ETICS.
Apartment house with law office in Nové Mesto nad Váhom

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multi-purpose building, which will be used mainly for long-term housing. In order to create a space for use in administrative work in the area, the building also considers the area for this activity. For this purpose, the land was perfectly suited to the function of the future building on the fringe of the town Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The land is flat, located in a built-up area with family and apartment houses, on the corner of streets named Bzinská and Odnrej Plachý. The place in the nineties served as a public city swimming pool for recreation and sport. The land has been unused since the end of this activity. Therefore, the intention of the building would not only be enriched by the housing stock of the city, but also the value of the dilapidating land would increase. The building is designed as a detached storey house with one underground and four above-ground floors. It is divided into a residential part and an administrative part with separate entrances. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof with attic around the perimeter. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The residential area on the ground floor contains a housing unit and its facilities and equipment designed for three people with limited mobility and orientation. Other higher floors have two apartments for four people. The apartment part includes a basement, where each apartment is assigned a cellar. Furthermore, in the basement there are common areas for residents such as a workshop, a store of common garden furniture and tools, a gym with sanitary facilities and a common room with a toilet. There is an elevator machine room, a boiler room and a cleaning room with the facilities of the operators in which only authorized persons will have access to the facility. Sports centre Polička

This thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of a project documentation of a sports centre. The designed sports centre building is situated in the southern part of the town of Polička, in the area determined for sports and free time activities complexes and areas. It is a two-floor, non-cellar, flat-roof building. It is based on plain concrete strip foundations and reinforced concrete foundation footing. The bearing, peripheral and partition walls are designed from POROTHERM hollow clay blocks. Reinforced concrete columns are designated in open disposition areas. The ceiling construction is made from SPIROLL pre-stressed concrete floor slabs and point-supported reinforced concrete slabs. The peripheral walls of the first aboveground floor are insulated with external thermal insulation system with a protective gabion facade. The peripheral wall thermal insulation in a bowling restaurant and gym halls extension is designed from a ventilated facade with CEMBRIT METRO facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into two main parts with a shared entrance. The sports centre with gyms and other sports facilities form the first part. Three squash courts, a mini-football piste, a special room for spinning and alpinning, a room for group exercising and cloakrooms with sanitary facilities are designed within one part of the sports centre. A restaurant with a bowling area and a kitchen with storerooms and other facilities for employees form the second part. The designed complex is barrier-free. There is aimed to be a car park for fifty cars, four motorbikes and a bus in front of the building. Three parking places are for disabled people.
Sports centre Hodonín

The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a sports centre. The building is situated in Hodonín in flattened terrain. It is a building with two floors, non-cellar, flat vegetation roof and sloping roof of the wooden glued laminated trusses. The building is based on plain concrete strip foundations and concrete foundations footing. Both peripheral and internal walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. In open spaces, reinforced concrete columns are designed. The ceiling structure is designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The peripheral walls are insulated with the ETICS external thermal insulation system in the western part of the building. On the rest of the building there is a ventilated facade with a cladding made of wood and Cetris tiles. The building is functionally divided into two parts with a common entrance. On the north and south side there are sports grounds. The rest consists of a restaurant, a kitchen with facilities, a hygienic background for employees and visitors. The whole building is barrier-free.

The diploma thesis solves a theater with a cafe in the town of Humpolec in the Vysočina Region. It contains complete documentation for execution, assessment in terms of fire safety and in terms of building physics. Furthermore, the proposal ventilation for cinema, foyer and cafe. There is a cinema and a cafe, which is located on the second floor. Cinema is designed with a capacity of 196 seats, of which 5 seats are reserved for people with limited mobility. Screening is provided as 2D mode and 3D projection. The café is designed for moviegoers and the general public. The café seats 36 seats. The building is designed as a two storey with dissected floor plan with rounded shapes with no sharp edges with a protruding portion of the roof of cinema, which is located on the north side of the building and has the function division of the building into individual units. The building has dimensions of 39.15 meters x 29.45 meters. The supporting structure of the building consists of reinforced concrete reinforced walls and ceilings. In the southern part of the building with rooms Foyer café is designed glass facade of the LOP. Supporting roof structure over the cinema hall is made up of wooden trusses joined punched punched plates.
Hotel "U Prehrady"

The subject of this diploma thesis was to process the study and the design documentation for a newly built hotel in Brno, in city district “Kníničky” near the artificial dam “Přehrada” in a rest area. The hotel will serve as temporary accommodation for up to 64 hotel guests in single, double and four bed rooms. The object also contains training rooms, offices, a meeting room, a café, a small grocery store and a restaurant with kitchen. Parking is possible in one of the two mass garages and there is an outdoor parking possibility in front of the hotel too. The building has a cast-in-place concrete frame with longitudinal beams and sway bracings. The external wall consists of aerated concrete bricks with contact thermal insulation system ETICS (insulation material mineral wool), the ceilings will be cast-in-place reinforced concrete ceilings and the roof flat green roof or flat roof with gravel on it above the 5th floor. The foundation construction consists of reinforced concrete foundation strips, which expand to foundation pads under the load-bearing columns and will be supported by piled foundations under the most exposed elements. As long as the hotel is situated into a fairly steep slope, the vertical alignment of some building parts is various so part of the project is the design of landscaping works. Design documentation was processed using the program AutoCAD 2017, the study and the visualization using both SketchUp 2015, LayOut 2015 and Lumion 5.

Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie k realizácii stavby pre rezidenčný bytový dom. Bytový dom sa nachádza vo Zvolene, parcely projektu spadajú pod katastrálne územie Zvolen. Miesto stavby má rovinatý profil, celý objekt je podpivničený, samostatne stojaci so štyrmi nadzemnými podlažiami a prístavbou s dvomi podlažiami na východnej strane pozemku. Z funkčného hľadiska ide o bytový dom prepojený s polyfunkčnou jednotkou. Koncept dispozície je pre 1, 2 a 3-izbové byty rovnaký. Navrhovaný objekt je na svoj charakter bez náročných tvarov, detailov a konštrukčných riešení. Navrhovaná stavebná činnosť preto vytvára predpoklad finančne výhodnej investície pri zachovaní stanoveného štandardu. Objekt je založený na železobetónovej základovej doske hrúbky 650mm. Všetky nosné konštrukcie v návrhu počítajú s použitím poloprefabrikovaných filigránových panelov. Hlavný strešný plášť nad posledným podlažím tvorí plochá strecha s mechanickým priťažením, hydroizolácia bude mechanicky kotvená do nosnej železobetónovej stropnej dosky. Obvodové steny budú zateplené systémovo riešeným kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom z izolačných dosiek z minerálnej vlny. Projektová dokumentácia bola vytvorená v počítačovom softvéri AutoCad.
