Three dimensional force sensor
Černý, Hynek ; Krejčí, Petr (referee) ; Houfek, Lubomír (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis dealt with the design of a force sensor, which was supposed to do measurements of forces in three axes independently. The another required output of the work was creation of drawings. The design and optimalization of shape and dimensions of the sensor was made mainly in program called ANSYS. An important part of the work was the expression of final relations for the calculation of forces both analytically using simple elastic strength and the numerical finite element method. The last part of the work was an experimental measurement, which was supposed to verify accuracy of both methods for forces expression and also correct functionality of the sensor.
Shopping Gallery
Žák, Ondřej ; Hron, Lukáš (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
Master's thesis addresses the design and assessment of the load bearing structure of the shopping gallery. The building is designed as a three-storey rectangular plan with a flat roof. The structure is composed of steel frames and composite steel and concrete slabs. There are proposed two possible solutions - variant with a flat roof and direct central gallery, a reinforced rigid steel frames and a variant with a cupola roofed circular inner atrium, solidified with rods.
Calculation of workpiece deflection when machining
Grebeň, Petr ; Zouhar, Jan (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
Selected chapters of the science branch "Elasticity and strength" applied to manufacturing of thin parts with various solution approaches. Applying theory of bars and a non-linear differential equation for the deflection line of the second order to a machined shaft. Numerical calculation in the ANSYS program. Evaluation and design of solution variants to machine thin shaft parts without supporting them.
Calculation of the profile busbar conductors in distribution equipment
Veselý, Tomáš ; Wasserbauer, Vojtěch (referee) ; Novotný, Jan (advisor)
Proportioning of busbar system for thermal and dynamic effects of short circuit current in terms of safety and economic efficiency is very important. Bachelor thesis is focused on inspection of these effects on busbars. Theoretical analysis deals with the calculation of characteristic values of short circuit current. The study also processed the principle dimensioning of the profile wires for busbars. The main part consists of designing the effects of short circuit current. In the practical part of the work was created calculation program in MS Excel, which deals with the design of the bus, resistant to the effects of short circuit current. The program also allows you to check the busbar-known dimension to the thermal and dynamic effects.
Vliv ligninu ve funkci plniva na pevnost lepených spojů materiálů na bázi dřeva
Klonová, Sára
Analysis of the effect of lignin added in various amount to binders containing thermoreactive resins commonly used for bonding wood-based materials is a main theme of this thesis. Itʼs also related to a similar problem analysed in the bachelor thesis – influence of added lignin into heat-activated adhesives, so it can complete already obtained results with some new findings by a change of analysed wood-based material. Practical part of this thesis is focused on a strength of adhesive joints bonded with binders that contain different amount of lignin. Adhesives are applied on a surface of testing samples made of ash and larch and then climatized in a various moisture condition. The tensile strength, shear tensile strength and flexural strength of adhesive joints are being tested. Thesis provides application of obtained results of utilisation of lignin as filler of adhesives used for bonding wood-based materials exposed to specific physical – mechanical factors in practice.
Influences of production tolerances of beam profiles on load structures
Hloušek, David ; Čorňák, Štefan (referee) ; Rousek, Miroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This work is about the effects of production tolerances of solid steel profiles on loaded structures. For the strength calculation of load cases of profiles, the finite element method is applied to volume models of used profile. Based on these simulated data, there is used tensometric experiment to verify results realizaed on two different steel beams.
