Marketing Communication of Comercional Banks

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze the current state of marketing communication of selected commercial banks operating in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, an analysis of trends in marketing communication is carried out through research among selected banks, which evaluates and compares their use. Based on these findings, recommendations for these entities were developed.

The importance of the banking sector keeps growing in the modern world, and the marketing communication of banks intensifies as competition heightens. The diploma thesis covers not only the analysis of communication tools of banks, evaluation and comparison of the effectivity of their communication, but also segmentation and targeting of consumers of banking products in the Czech Republic. Conducting segmentation helps to understand consumers better, choose suitable target segments and to create tailored communication. At the end of the thesis, the communication of banks is evaluated in relation to the created segments, and recommendations are made about targeting the segments. All analyses in the thesis are based on real data.

This bachelor thesis deal with Strategies suggestion for company operate in the Czech banking market. The theoretical part include banking structure, the compa-ny itself and management tools whitch is use in practical part. In the practical part is with using suitable procedures analyzed the external business surroundings. Is used SWOT analysis, PESTE analysis and alalysis of Porter's diamond. At the end of the practical part is suggestion strategy for the company that is subsequently financially evaluates. This strategy is result and purpose of my bachelor thesis.
Choosing the optimum variant financial product for the selected client

The diploma thesis analyzes the range of consumers credit in the Czech banking and non-banking market. In the first part, there are basic concepts related to the consumers loans introduced to the reader. Subsequently there are individual companies described according to the offered consumers loan. These knowledge is summarized in tables for better illustration The main goal is to choose the optimal consumers loan for the specific client.. In conclusion to meet the aim of the work the two model examples were used to compare the certain offers on the market.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the group Société Générale between 2005-2011. The analysis concentrates on assesment of economic development and efficiency of Société Générale between 2005-2011 as a response to the development in the global economy, including the analysis of the main reasons for its development and analysis of potential risks in future development of the group. The thesis also deals with the development of the French banking market between 2005-2011, its specifics and main players with impact on comparison of these player to Société Générale and on finding the market position for Société Générale.

Direct marketing is going to strengthen its position among the other marketing tools. It enables to address the defined target group quickly, personally, effectively and to get immediate feedback. In the practical part of the thesis I delineated the creation process of campaign and analyzed three examples of different types of campaign. I would mainly recommend focusing on identification of key moments in client's (financial) life and contacting him with relevant offer.
Analýza vzájemných vztahů mezi bankovním a nemovitostním trhem

Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením vzájemných vztahů mezi bankovním a nemovitostním trhem a následným popisem způsobů, jakými se tyto dva trhy ovlivňují -- tedy jaké dopady má vývoj jednoho trhu na druhý. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, přičemž první část se zabývá charakteristikou těchto dvou zmíněných trhů a vymezením jejich vazeb. Další část práce se věnuje už podrobně popisu situace, kdy trh nemovitostí ovlivňuje bankovní sektor, k čemuž dochází prostřednictvím zástavního práva. Ve třetí kapitole je naopak popsán vztah, ve kterém působí bankovní trh na trh nemovitostí, a to jak na straně poptávky, tak na straně nabídky prostřednictvím poskytování speciálních úvěrů určených k výstavbě či koupi nemovitosti. Jedná se především o hypoteční a developerský úvěr.

The theoretical knowledge is used in the practical part, where a brief depiction is followed by basic characteristics of the major banks in the Czech market. The starting point of this work is a market-economic analysis of the current banking market in the Czech Republic.
BANK REGULATION FOCUSED ON ENTRY TO THE MARKET

Nowadays, the banking is considered one of the most regulated branches of economy. So I decided to write about this kind of regulation. Because this topic is very waste, I will focus primarily on barriers to entry -- the licensing. First of all I will describe the theory of the banking regulation, its objectives and system. And then I will clear out the problematic of licensing in Czech conditions. That means, I will explain how fulfill the requirements so bank obtain this license. Without license the subject can't be considered as a bank. Then will follow the arguments that explain why the entry to this segment is so guarded and regulated. We have to consider also the opposite side of this problematic, because there are opponents of the bank regulation. They criticize the current state in the banking. Their opinions point out the imperfections of the bank regulation and its possible consequences. They will be explained in the rest of the paper.
