Residence

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the new construction of the Rezidence apartment building. The proposed building is located in Brno, in the Slatina district, and is located on land that is protected by an agricultural land fund, so it will be necessary to remove it from the ZPF. This plot is not located in a flooded or mined area. It is a detached building, which has four floors above ground and one underground floor. In the new building there are 12 residential units of 3 + kk and 1 + kk. In the basement there is a cellar for each apartment. In the first half there is a bike shed / carriage house, a cleaning room and a workshop with a warehouse, in the second half there are two technical rooms and a warehouse. On the first floor there is an entrance to the building, a laundry room with a drying room, a gym for the inhabitants of the house and two 1 + kk apartment units. On the second and third floor 4 units of size 1 + kk and on the top floor 2 residential units of size 3 + kk. From the second floor, each apartment has a balcony. These apartments are designed primarily for students, couples, or even a starting family. Each floor is connected by a three-armed reinforced concrete staircase, which is complemented by an elevator. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips in combination with lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made up of lost formwork, the load-bearing structures above the ground are made of ceramic blocks, which are insulated with a ventilated façade and equipped with a Bond SK1 façade sandwich cassette. The horizontal load-bearing structures form a semi-assembled Porotherm system. The whole building is covered by a single-skin vegetation-retention flat roof. The new apartment building is designed to be very economical.
Pension for the elderly

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design documentation for the pension which is designed for the elderly and will be supplemented with a specialty from the air-conditioning branch. The building is situated in the western part of the town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem and it's located at 3058/3 about the total area of 8315,2m. The total footprint of the suggested building is 1161,2 m. The subject has got an irregularly-shaped floor plan. It is made of three subsequent triangels, it has got three above-ground floors with partial basement. The roof of the building is suggested as a warm flat roof with coating insulation. The structural system of a building is designed as longitudinal with shear walls. The exterior building masonry is suggested from sharpened clay blocks Heluz STI 40 with thickness 400 mm. The contact thermal insulation system ETICS with an insulant from EPS with thickness 100 mm is designed for all building. The building for the elderly is from its bigger part meant for citizens who are older than 65 years in the flats for one or two persons in 2FLR and 3FLR. The space for essential services to the residents is located on the 1st FLR. There are also a cafe and a surgery located in a smaller part of the 1st FLR, which are to be used both by the residents and the public.
Small apartment house

This thesis describes the design of small apartment building in Prostějov. It is a detached building with basement. The apartment building has one basement and four above. Consists of a total of 15 residential units. On first floor are situated three flats and on second, third and fourth floor are four residential units. The building is designed of structural systém of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are from monolithic and the roof is designed as a pitched roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
New apartment building

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the processing of the design documentation for execution of an apartment building. Designed building is located in Hrochův Týnec. The access to the building is from the south. The plot is flat and it disposes with parking places for nineteen cars. It is a building with three above-ground floors and partial basement that is designed with a total 8 dwelling units. The structural system of the designed building is wall system. All vertical structures are made of clay brick. The exception are external walls in the basement, that is designed of concrete blocks (permanent formwork). The horizontal structures are designed of prefabricated rib-and-filler floor that is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams, ceramic inserts and overconcrete. The conection structure of the building is the cast-in-place reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is designed as a green flat roof in combination with the walkeble flat roof. The roof above the stairwell is designed as a non-walkeble flat roof. The thermal insulation of the whole object is made of the ETICS certified contact thermal insulation system. The apperance of the building is completed by facade colours that are selected in shades of white, light gray and dark gray.
Holiday apartment house in Horní Bečva

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the holiday apartment house. The building with an irregular floor plan has four storeys and it is covered with a flat roof with vegetation in the level above 1.NP a gabled roof in a level above 4.NP. The apartment house offers ten separate apartment flats intended for temporary or permanent accommodation. It also includes a public area, including refreshments and relaxation zone with swimming pool.
Detached house, Bystrice pod Hostynem

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in the village Bystrice pod Hostynem. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked com-plex that will suit the requirements of a modern four or five-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. The house is designed as a two storey, no basement and with a gabled roof. The garage for one car is structurally and functionally joined with a living area. Peripheral walls are from the SENDWIX system, which is made up of the sand-lime bricks warmed with mineral insulation of rock wool. The orientation of this house to the cardinal points is chosen according to the requirements of sunlight and the thermal comfort of separate rooms. On the south side of the house is a spacious garden which is accessible through the terrace from the living room.

The thesis solves a project documentation of detached house with office suplies shop in Vyškov. The object is designed as a three-floor with partial basement and garage. Family house is uneven rectangular in shape, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated technical room and cellars. The first floor is used for operating purposes. Here is located office suplies shop with facilities for employees, two garage with workroom and communal room for garden tools. Acces road to the office suplies shop and sales area indoors are designed for disabled person. In other floor are two independent duplex flats for family of four to five. Object includes terraces and balconies. Object is covered by a gable roof with counter dormers. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding development.
Multifunctional house in Jablonec nad Nisou

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a multifunctional apartment building with large flats and the elaboration of construction documentation. The building is situated in a quiet location of the statutory city of Jablonec nad Nisou in a nearby distance from the dam, which is used for rest and recreation. The surrounding development consists of apartment buildings from the beginning of the last century with a height of three to four floors. The building itself is detached with four floors and one basement. On the first floor there is an establishment intended for administrative use. The first floor also contains a barrier-free apartment and a barrier-free entrance to the building. On the level of the first floor, there is also a car park with barrier-free access to the building. There are always 2 apartments on the other floors. The basement is designed as a technical floor and there are also cellars belonging to the apartments.
