Iverter for three-phase motor
Mikuška, Martin ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
This master’s thesis goes into design of particular circuits for three phase inverter. Inverter’s control is ensured by digital signal controller MC56F8013 with his program. Principle of control is suggested for individual motors. Inverter design considerate universal use and capability for any three phase motor. Particular blocks are compatible each other.
Structural analysis of part of electrical machine
Fodor, Viktor ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This thesis discusses the optical diagnostics of electrical motor parts using a 3D scanner. It describes the construction of electrical induction motors, their heat losses, cooling and refrigeration systems that may be used by such motors. It approaches the possibilities of heat recording and briefly explains the 3D scanner’s principal. It also introduces the simulation program ANSYS which uses the finite element method. This thesis shows the post processing of the digitalized object and the simulations and compares the simulation and measurement results. The final part is devoted to the analysis of the obtained results.
3f. inverter with drive control for drill press
Grom, Martin ; Vašíček, Adam (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a three-phase converter designed for driving an electric drill with asynchronous motor. Converter is designed using a specialized integrated control circuit and transistor power module. The thesis also contains description of the induction motor control, description of the inverter internal operation, functions of integrated circuits, overall design description and design of the printed circuit board. The proposed device has been built and tested. The test measurements were done on a working sample of the converter.
Model of induction machine drive for educational purposes
Šabo, Patrik ; Knobloch, Jan (referee) ; Pazdera, Ivo (advisor)
This wokr describes mathematical model of electic machines. In beginning it shows transformation of values of asynchronous motor from one coordinate system to another, which i sused to create mathematical model. Next we use analogy between transformer and asynchronous motor to create equations, which describes motor. In the practical part are created models of transformer and asynchronous motor in MatLab SIMULINK. Later was created simulation of scalar and vector control on these models.
Digitaly controlled inverter for induction motor
Dráb, Dominik ; Klíma, Bohumil (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of control unit of frequency converter for asynchronous motor, that is part of the laboratory stand. The work contains basic description of asynchronous machine and explanation of operation and design of frequency converters. Furthermore, the work explains the most commonly used methods for control of electrical drives with asynchronous motor. The following chapter describes the design of control module with microprocessor from Freescale. The work also deals with the creation of software for microprocessor. Additionally, the graphical user interface was designed for controlling the stand using a computer. The final chapter of thesis describes measurement of the induction motor.
Rotor Slot Shape Optimization of an Induction Machine
Szekeres, Vojtech ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Bárta, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is dealing with optimization by using artificial intelligence of an induction machine rotor slot. The one optimized is commonly manufactured induction motor with simple deep bar rotor. Goal is to design an optimization method and achieve the highest possible value of efficiency and power factor of chosen machine. Work contains the parametric model construction in Ansys Maxwell software, the optimization algorithm assembly and its setup for desirable output, and processing of the results.
Temperature measurement on electrical machines
Prezbruchý, Martin ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Mikulčík, Aleš (advisor)
This work is trying do describe the temperature allocation on the electric machines. In the first part it is describing the temperature measurment, principals of measuring, thermocouples and a contactless measurment. In the second part, it is theoretically proceeding with engine types and a heat generation on them. In the third part, the work is describing simulation in the programs Autodesk Inventor and Ansys Workbench. In the next part, a work is showing the creation of a elektric machine model in already mentioned programs and a practical measurements of temerature allocation in the laboratory. In the conclusion, it is evaluating the measurment achievements and comparing the results of both used metods.
Influence of rotor slots number on a small induction motor losses
Palsovics, Norbert ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Mach, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this semester work is to analyze the losses of induction motor, according to their measure, use programs using the finite element method for the detection of the motor and the subsequent evaluation and comparison of the results obtained. The first part deals with the general AM, losses and measure their losses. The next section is very Lossmeasurement submitted asynchronous motors. The measured two machines have different characteristics in the sheet. The following section is calculating the losses using the finite element method using ANSYS Maxwell and RMXprt. The next part is the analysis of motor losses with a different number of rotor bars. This section is addressed to the models developed and validated by measuring the actual machine.
Induction machine design software
Rúra, Dávid ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Bárta, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is dealing with design algorithm of squirrel cage machines with TEFC design focusing on electromagnetic and thermal design. This type of machine is mostly used in the industry because of its specific properties. Design TEFC machines are supported by year-tested analytical calculations with high accuracy. The aim of this work is to decrease human factor in the design process implementing algorithms and optimization.
