Comparison of the current physiotherapy approaches to incontinence in the Czech Republic and abroad

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of female urinary incontinence and its physiotherapeutic treatment options. The aim of this thesis is to introduce and compare the current physiotherapy approaches used in the Czech Republic and abroad. This thesis is composed of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes physiotherapy approaches to urinary incontinence in the Czech Republic and in selected foreign countries (Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom, The United States of America, Norway, The Netherlands and Germany) - it is devoted to the description of physical examination, manual and instrumental techniques. Besides that, the theoretical part includes brief informations about the pelvic floor, physiology of micturition, and about the topic of urinary incontinence in general (definition, epidemiology, types, diagnostics and treatment options). The practical part contains a case history of one female patient suffering from stress urinary incontinence. Both Czech and foreign findings were used in the treatment of this patient. In the discussion and conclusion, the comparison of the Czech and foreign approaches is summarized and the treatment effect is evaluated. Roles in Data Governance

This work is covering the area of Data Governance (DG) with the main focus on roles in DG. First part is capturing the DG field from a basic perspective. This chapter introduces main principles of DG and is considered as a guideline for better understanding of the second chapter. The second chapter contains different approaches on DG and on roles in DG. The approaches are from world leaders in the field of DG like IBM, Teradata, KIK Consulting and The Data Governance Institute. In the summary of second chapter you can find a comparison of these different approaches to organization structure and roles in DG. The third and final chapter contains my own approach to organization structures and roles in DG. You can find there a wide variety of roles divided by different factors. This will give you a very good and unique perspective on roles and it might be also helpful as a guideline for necessary roles in the implementation process of DG program.
