Analysis of the Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

Diplomová práce se zaoberá analýzou současného stavu Agentury - Pro-staff s.r.o., která je využita na tvorbu návrhov pro rozvoj společnosti. V první části jsou definovány cíle a metodika práce, zatímco druhá část obsahuje teoretické podklady pro část třetí, která se věnuje analýzám. Pozornosť je venovaná macro a micro okolí. Poslední část obsahuje vlastní návrhy autora, ktoré sú vytvorené na základe výsledkov z analytickej časti. Návrhy se týkají řízení lidských zdrojů, ochrany jména a značky firmy, neustálého zlepšování, kvality ich sluzeb a sdílení informací a komunikaci v rámci společnosti.
Utilization of animation programs for affecting fitness and weight reduction

Title: Utilization of animation programs for affecting fitness and weight reduction Objectives: The aim is to determine the effect on the fitness and weight of the individual motion intervention animation programs to a select group of animators, which activities include animation programs during the summer season from June to September and how they are demanding in terms of method, focus, intensity and time. Methods: The main methods are guided interview with animators, observation of animators and course of animation programs, measurements of anthropomethric parameters (weight, height) heart rate and resting heart rate of animators. Results: Animation programs are effective movement programs that meet all kriteria. The programs are versatile, covering all components of fitness. For whole season of four months: 56 hours on flexibility, 88 hours aerobic endurance, 48 hours power capability, 136 hours and 200 hours dexterity more components of condition together. Programs are also long-term, carried out in a time of eight hours per day, six days a week. The intensity of animation programs is the same for the animators whole season. The most important part of this thesis is the description of individual activities that were held for the youth in the diocese of Ceske Budejovice in 2008 - 2018 and the folowing evalution of interviews held with staff of DCM and DCŽM.
Concepts of Animation and Reanimation in the Field of Cultural Heritage on the Example of Panský Dvůr in Dolní Počernice

This thesis focuses on animation projects, which took place in the grounds of the courtyard in Dolní Počernice. The theoretical part describes the theory of cultural heritage animation, reanimation and animation projects and the possibilities of their funding. The aim of this thesis is to describe an analyse three animation and one reanimation project whose main subject is animation of immovable cultural heritage. This work follows up their success and impact on the local cultural life.

Animation services in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with animation services as the important complementary service of tourism industry. The introductory part theoretically specifies the term animation and determines its history. It also explains main elements that affect animation. Furthermore, it clarifies the profession of animator and activity of animation team. The next part of the thesis analyses the functioning of animation services of the holders of the tourism offer in the Czech Republic, particularly in hotels, water parks, swimming pools and spas. The final part of the thesis summarizes suggestions that could improve the level of animation services in this country.

Occupational load concerning the animators in travel agency

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issues of occupational load concerning the animators in tourist industry. The aim is to find out whether animators from one selected tourist agency experience extreme workload or stress during their work and what does that cause to them. I also focused on their satisfaction with working conditions created by their employer. The first step of thesis was studying literary sources and creating literary research.Within the framework of the practical part I have carried out a survey and structured interview with animators from a particular tourist agency. Thanks to this I was able to find out to what extend are the animators satisfied with their working conditions, whether they suffer under too much strain and stress and what alternatively causes this stress. I also answered the question: "How do you deal with such circumstances?"
Animation as a part of primary prevention in elementary school

This thesis presents the possibilities of usage of the animation approach in the context of primary prevention program appleid in primary shools. After defining the content, goals and focus of the primary prevention, this thesis acquaints with specific programs of primary prevention, with their characteristics and the fundamental methods, from which the key ones are sociometrics, reflection and working with the group. Furthermore the thesis is focused on the position of a teacher, his personality and compares his possible effect in the whole animation process. The thoughts on different animation processes, their approaches with the goals and the possible guidance of the primary prevention, are the fundamental part of this thesis. The other subject is the effectiveness of the primary programs and their factors, which can infulence the process. The conclusion of this thesis indicates the importance of the connection of the animation approach in this pedagogical process.
Possibilities of using creative arts in the process of animation immovable cultural monuments.

Thesis explores the influence of current culture in the development and bloom of Poděbrady's castle site during last decades. Theoretical part is focused on the meaning of key terms as Animation of cultural heritage, Animateur, Living culture (Creative arts), Cultural identity, Local culture. It deals with the question "Why to animate?" The practical part depicts historical development of this national cultural monument from its origins till our days including its proprietary relations. It describes cultural activities which take place in the castle and its neighborhood, the influence of Podebrady spa at cultural live in this area. It characterizes the emergence of the cultural and information centre, its program and it shows that this centre creates the source of living culture of castle site.
