This thesis treats of spreading offer of services Möller, s.r.o. Forepart applies to theoretical findings related to services, analysis of firm and planning of pay-off and expense and investing in intangible fixed assets. The second part deals with firm and the present state of firm, the financial analysis, costs planning owing to the incomes. The third part includes the thinking of spreading offer of services by projecting and engineering. An additional human capital and investment in education of staff will be entertained there too. Recommendation is defined in conclusion.

Analysis of founding a travel agency

This thesis focuses on founding a new travel agency oriented on domestic tourism. The aim is to show a real process of founding a new travel agency. The travel agency's offer is based on analysis of environment, market, competition and potential customers. It is focused on three segments: seniors, families with children and forfaiter journeys. The financial analysis is included in next part of the thesis.
Analysis of marketing environment

The aim of my bachelors thesis was to asses the marketing goals of selected firm and to propose possible changes. The theoretical part is devoted to marketing, marketing analysis and marketing environment. In the practical part is applied PEST analysis and Porter´s five forces model in the company, which deals with international freight transportation by vehicles over 3.5 tons. Conclusion contains proposed changes to the enterprise.
