Herein, the theoretical knowledge is applied to a real situaution of the marketing research and the proposals resulting thereof are then analyzed and presented.

Sláma, D., Strategies suggestion for company operates in the car industry. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. This bachelor thesis deals with strategies suggestion for company operate in the car industry. In this thesis are utilized analyses. First is analysis of external busi-ness environment which is based on PESTE analysis and Porter's diamond. Next is analysis of internal business environment which is formed by management levels of the company, financial analysis and survey. Afterwards is formed SWOT nut and suggestion strategies for the company for example use of funds to gain additional equipment or keeping and raising company contract. At the end are performed economic evaluation of selected strategies and they are improving the quality of the employees and a proposal to improve the time of payment our customer's.

Subject of this bachelor thesis is design a marketing campaign to increase competitiveness and attendance in Knihovna Jiřího Mahena in Brno. The thesis describes and explains the issues relating to non-profit organizations, in particular governmental organizations. The theoretical part enlarged on ways to finance non-profit organizations, and customer relationship management. Pursuant to available information are compiled an internal and external analysis, an extensive marketing mix analysis and describes the results of marketing research and proposed recommendations to increase competitive.

The study is focused on the management system and competitiveness of selected small business based in the county town of South Bohemian Region. Aim of this work is to evaluate the management system and analyse the competition of the selected small business; and to suggest how to improve the current situation in terms of competitiveness. The management system is already established, fully utilized and followed by all employees of the company. The strength and competitive advantage of the company is the quality of service delivery and processing speed. Marketing and advertising seem to be the weakest area. There are suggestions in this work how to strengthen these areas. At the present the enterprise has a stable position in the market.

The aim of this thesis is creating marketing strategy of ORP CENTRUM, which can be characterized as a small family business. The company operates in a dynamic environment with a strong competition. The theoretical part includes the analysis of external and internal environment of the company which are applied in the practical part. The results after the proposal is based marketing strategy.
