Práce je zaměřena na systém řízení a konkurenceschopnost vybraného malého podniku se sídlem v krajském městě Jihočeského kraje. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení systému řízení a analýza konkurence vybraného malého podniku. Návrh na zlepšení současné situace z hlediska konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Systém řízení je v podniku již zaběhnutý, plně využíván a dodržován všemi pracovníky podniku. Silnou stránkou a konkurenční výhodou podniku je kvalita dodávaných služeb a rychlost zpracování. Jako nejslabší oblast se jeví marketing a reklama. V práci jsou uvedeny návrhy, jak tyto oblasti posílit. V současné době sledovaný podnik udržuje stabilní pozici na trhu. The study is focused on the management system and competitiveness of selected small business based in the county town of South Bohemian Region. Aim of this work is to evaluate the management system and analyse the competition of the selected small business; and to suggest how to improve the current situation in terms of competitiveness. The management system is already established, fully utilized and followed by all employees of the company. The strength and competitive advantage of the company is the quality of service delivery and processing speed. Marketing and advertising seem to be the weakest area. There are suggestions in this work how to strengthen these areas. At the present the enterprise has a stable position in the market.
