Proposal of Restructuralization of Company

This thesis deals with the analysis of two strategic business units of the company Lexmark and based on this analysis I recommend which SBU should continue in operation and which one should be closed. As a tool for recommendation I use the general company environment analysis by the MAP method, the industrial environment analysis applying Porter´s model with the ETOP method, the analysis of internal factors by the SAP method and the stakeholders analysis. I use the SWOT analysis for summarization. The first part is dedicated to the theory of strategic management. The next part is practical. I present the company Lexmark, describe the analysis and summarize the analysis results. I recommend the company restructuralization based on the analysis including the expectations of restructuralization, cost savings and cost, with focus on the critical factors and the process of restructuralization.
Strategic analysis

The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is implementation of the strategic analysis of the company Tecno line interier s.r.o. and formulate strategic recommendations. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic terminology and describes methods and procedures of the external environment of the company and the internal resources and capabilities of the company. These methods are applied to the selected company in the practical part. The external environment of the company is specifically analyzed by using PEST analysis, sector analysis and analysis of competitive forces, then internal resources and capabilities by using VRIO analysis, financial analysis, value chain and GE matrix. The information obtained from realized analysis is summarized in the SWOT analysis. Strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as opportunities and threats ascertained from it make a base for the final formulation of strategic recommendations intended for future development of the company.

Strategic Analysis

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to make a strategic analysis of a chosen agricultural enterprise. On the basis of results of the strategic analysis the strategic recommendations, which could contribute to a development of the analysed enterprise, are designed. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on an explanation of concepts and methods connected with strategic analysis and strategic management. In the second part of the thesis -- practical part -- the analysis of the surroundings and the analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise are realized. The information acquired from the realized analysis is summarized in the SWOT analysis. The last subchapter of the practical part includes the proposed strategic recommendations for the analysed enterprise.
