Mobile platform for testing autonomous vehicle sensors
Valla, Tomáš ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a design of a mobile platform. The platform contains all the necessary electronics from conventional RC models and thus the RC control itself is guaranteed. It is also equipped with a light but solid platform, which is suitable for attaching the necessary sensors, lidars, cameras and other necessary accessories. Part of the work is also a brief overview of the division of RC models and evaluation of the components used for possible construction of the model. The final chapter is devoted to FEM analysis, where the load-bearing capacity of the platform under different load models is checked by means of structural analysis. Using modal analysis, the platform's own critical frequencies were determined and compared to the frequencies that are transmitted when driving on the road.
Conveyor with clamping and measuring
Polák, Aleš ; Koutecký, Tomáš (referee) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor)
The first profile of the thesis describes current methods of segmenting and measuring of aluminium profile and analysis of a specific roller conveyor with a measuring device for feeding aluminium profile to a high-speed circular saw. The second section is focused on designing a new conveyor with clamps for feeding aluminium profile and designing measuring equipment based on the analysis in the first part.
Autonomous traction vehicle of a type AGV
Brauner, Jiří ; Urbánek, Michal (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of an autonomous traction vehicle of a type AGV, used to purvey material flow. The first part of the thesis contains a research on the autonomous trucks with similar concepts offered on the market. The second part contains the description of the design of the prototype truck. It includes the selection of the guiding and safety components as well as the design of the traction drive and the traction battery. Finally, a frame design with force calculation of the selected node is performed.
Design of a prototype table winder for linear coils
Ryza, Vojtěch ; Hrabčík, Miroslav (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a prototype table winder for linear coils. The first part of this work describes the basic properties of the coil and its winding methods. In the following section, a critical search was made of the reels available on the market based on which the reel concept itself was created. The work describes in detail the procedure of the winder design together with the design variants of the individual parts of the winders. At the end of the diploma thesis is presented the needed prototype of the coil winder. This problem was solved by using the 3D program SolidWorks and FEM in the program ANSYS Student. The project describes the individual steps of the design of the concept of a prototype linear winder and the component's design.
