Affiliate marketing and its use in the online environment

This work explores affiliate marketing as one of the marketing tools used in the online environment. Affiliate marketing is a type of performance-based marketing in which an enterpreneur rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought by the affiliate's own marketing efforts. It is based on promoting the company's product through affiliate partner sites. The work describes the principles of how it works, the ways of promotions for affiliate partners and also the ways of implementation for advertisers. The work focuses on application of affiliate marketing into the practice and it also focuses on a marketing research aimed at identifying key parameters of affiliate marketing and affiliate partner characteristics. The result of this work is the formulation of recommendations for the implementation of this type of marketing into practice.
Affiliate marketing

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of affiliate marketing and presents it as one of the suitable modern marketing tools for the promotion of products and the form of sales promotion in the online environment. The thesis focuses mainly on general description of the basic principle of affiliate marketing and the preparation and realization of the research. The main objective is to analyse and evaluate advantages and disadvantage of several affiliate programs from various online retailers. The results of the analysis show that the products by onlinejazyky.cz are the most convenient for an affiliate partner because they attract the largest number of customers. The work discuss the most important arguments on affiliate and on-line marketing that is going to be used for promotion of onlinejazyky.cz and offers recommendations for improvements of the program based on the results of the campaign.

Promotion of an e-shop

The bachelor thesis is focused on problematics of an e-shop. The main goal is to analyze used methods and processes of advertising on real electronic shop which includes its verification. After, in the evaluation of results, is discussed search of goods Heureka and Zboží.cz. Those informations are shown in charts, where the proportion of used methods clear next to the total results of an e-shop is clear.
Internet marketing tools and their application within Zoot company

This Diploma thesis is focused on the Internet marketing tools, which are suitable for the Company aimed at selling consumable goods. These Internet marketing tools are applied within Zoot Company. Diploma thesis is divided in two logical parts, theoretical and practical. Individual tools are introduced and intimately analysed in theoretical part. For all mentioned tools, there is a definition of their advantages, description of the process, how to manage those tools, the process models and the description of the tools for their evaluation. The practical part is based on the theoretical part. This part contains the analysis of the Zoot Company and its competitors and the analysis of Zoot's usage of the Internet marketing tools defined in theoretical part. The end of the practical part contains recommendations, how to improve the Internet marketing tools management. Main benefit of the theoretical part is the framework of Internet marketing tools, which are suitable for the Company aimed at selling consumable goods and their process adaptation. The benefit of the practical part is the intimate analysis of Zoot Company and its usage of the Internet marketing tools from theoretical part together with recommendations how to improve the Internet marketing tools management.
In-house affiliate program support software

This thesis deals with a proposal for software supporting in-house affiliate program. The theoretical part explains the issue and advantages of affiliate marketing. Proposal for the software is made in the practical part, based on analysis of the existing solutions. Special emphasis is put on the solution of conversions tracking. The result of my thesis is an application model which allows us to clearly define requirements for the developing system and gives better idea of any other potential costs for its implementation.
Affiliate marketing and the possibilities of its use in the Internet environment

This diploma thesis analyzes one from online marketing segment -- Affiliate. Thesis is divided to two logical parts. In first part is described philosophy and functions of affili-ate marketing like a part of sales promotion strategy online. In second part is practically described how it works on some case-studies. In case-studies are described differences between Czech and foreign online environment. Thesis wants to describe this interesting and often marginalized segment of online marketing.
