Simulation of the 5th car door mechanism
Taušek, Martin ; Škoda, Jan (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with simulation of the 5th car door mechanism. The simulation runs in MSC.ADAMS software in which was made simulation model. The model contains several bodies which needed to have the same mechanical parameters as the CAD model of the real 5th door so the simulation was accurate. The opening of door is done by two gas springs, one on each side. These gas springs had to be correctly dimensioned to achieve fully opened door and safety movement as well. The thesis also deals with kinematic and dynamic analysis of the mechanism.
Thermodynamics of 1D ideal gas flow in Matlab
Fúdor, Vlastimil ; Klimeš, Lubomír (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is created toolbox which solve one-dimensional flow of ideal gas. This thesis is divided to three parts. In first part is explained physical foundations for understanding flow of ideal gas. Second part is focused on description functions of toolbox. This part can be considered like a help. In the third part are solved examples by created toolbox. Important part is zip file, which contains function of toolbox.
Piston group of in-line four-cylinder gasoline engine
Král, Stanislav ; Novotný, Pavel (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
The aim of the thesis, it is strength control group of ordinary four-cylinder piston gasoline engine. In the first part of the specified thermodynamic, geometric and operational parameters of the motor piston group will calculate the thermodynamic cycle. Furthermore, we see the effects of force acting on the piston group in the most strained moments of the cycle. For the reconstructed load piston group perform voltage control in piston pin and strength control rods of the eye. In conclusion, we compare the calculated values of permissible stress values and find a design safety factor for the part.
