The topic of the bachelor's thesis is Comparison of the approach to climate change adaptation measures in forests in selected countries at the level of national plans and policies. In this context, the bachelor thesis deals with adaptation measures that are applied in order to mitigate the effects of climate change on forests and forestry. The bachelor thesis is written in the form of research. The thesis first deals with basic concepts such as climate change and its effects in general, the effects of climate change on forests and forestry, and adaptation to climate change. Subsequently, it deals with the characteristics of natural and socio-economic conditions and their vulnerability, the distribution of forest ownership and change in forest cover in Finland, Spain and Kenya. The last part is devoted to applied adaptation policies and national plans to climate change in the mentioned countries.
Applying quality management in the employee's adaptation process

Quality management in the area of human resources management was previously mainly used in industrial companies. At present it is also promoted in the sphere of state administration. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the human resources management process in the area of the adaptation process of employees of the central body of the state administration of the Czech Republic from the point of view of quality management and to propose recommendations to improve its efficiency with application of process management, change management in relation to ISO 9001 and Methodical Guideline for Quality Management in Service Offices (hereinafter the Methodical Guideline). The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and principles of employee education in state administration and quality management. This bachelor thesis called "Identifying the problems of a beginning teacher at the secondary school as a starting point for designing of the adaptation plan" focuses on the adaptation of the beginning secondary school teachers and their adaptation into the new team of school staff. The aim of the work is to identify the work-legal and organizational problems of the beginning teacher and to contribute to an effective elimination of the problems. Then the beginning teacher can concentrate on his pedagogical activities. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a research of professional literature and elaborates in detail managerial procedures for adaptation of employees with focus on teachers in schools. The adaptive process of beginning staff is viewed from both formal and informal levels. The theoretical part also contains an extract from the current legislation on the care of beginning school teachers (valid at the time of handing over the work) as well as a research of the experts' recommendations and recommendations, which have already been dealt with by the adaptation of the beginning teachers. The thesis focuses on the issue of hiring and adaptation process of new employees in the company XY, branch Czech Republic. It is divided into two main parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on literature study defines basic terms, context and theoretical background related to the respective area. The practical part is a presentation of selected listed company and is dedicated to the analysis and evaluation of the current process of hiring and adaptation process in this company. The aim of the practical part is based on an analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current concept of hiring and adaptation process in a selected company and to provide suggestions and recommendations that could lead to the entire process improvement.
