The main goal of this thesis is to create a real business plan for establishing a small brewery in Dolni Libchavy. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will acquaint us with basic terms, definition of required analysis and detailed description of each part of business plan. In the practical part is processed business plan for the brewery. There are analysis for internal and external environmental and finally financial cover of entire business.
