Business plan of music club

The aim of this thesis is to show the crucial steps in order to establish a new music club in Prague. The theoretical part focuses mainly on key parts of business plan, the practical part applies those parts to this particular case. Financial statements will show the sustainability of this business, the rest of the plan contains for example analysis of current competition, legal obstructions and necessary initial expenses.

The Financial project of a new company

This thesis with theme founder`s financial project is concerning with particular steps, that have to be planned before company floatation. In the first methodically part are these steps described theoretically. In the next practical part is for the concrete company elaborated competition analysis, financial plan for incoming 5 years, financial analysis and finally is the company valued.

The Financial project of the new firm

This thesis deals with foundation of the new firm. Specifically, the new restaurant-bar in Prague. The work is reflected both a view of marketing (situational analysis, SWOT analysis, marketing mix of new product ,...), and a purely financial perspective (the opening balance sheet, a financial plan for 5 years or a financial analysis of the supposed financial data).
