Cílem této bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím podnikatelského plánu představit nezbytné náležitosti spojené se založením a provozováním hudebního klubu v Praze. Teoretická část ukazuje jednotlivé prvky plánu, praktická je aplikuje na tento konkrétní případ. Finanční výkazy pomohou získat přehled o udržitelnosti tohoto způsobu podnikání, další části plánu představí mimo jiné aktuální konkurenční prostředí, legislativní omezení a nezbytné počáteční výdaje. The aim of this thesis is to show the crucial steps in order to establish a new music club in Prague. The theoretical part focuses mainly on key parts of business plan, the practical part applies those parts to this particular case. Financial statements will show the sustainability of this business, the rest of the plan contains for example analysis of current competition, legal obstructions and necessary initial expenses.
