The bachelor thesis "B2C marketing communications of the company Znovín Znojmo, plc" deals with the analysis of the current marketing communication of the company with the customer. On the basis of a survey propose solutions for improvements. Whole bachelor thesis is divided into chapters that can be notionally divided into practical and theoretical. In the theoretical part of the thesis is defined marketing, marketing planning process, the actual marketing communications including marketing communication mix. The practical part is focused on marketing mix and especially marketing communication of company Znovín Znojmo plc. In conclusion of the practical part are questionnaires obtained by field investigation. On the basis of these questionnaires are designed corresponding recommendations to change marketing communications.

The aim of this thesis is to judge of financial situation of the wine-making joint-stock company ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO using absolute, differential indicator and ratios, analysis of creditworthy and bankruptcy models, pyramidal decomposition of return on equity. The financial health of the company is also compared with the sales-largest competitors in the wine-making industry. The financial analysis basis on data of annual reports issued by the company in the period of the years 2005 -- 2010 and is mainly intended for the investor.

Bachelor thesis "Financial analysis of firm ZNOVÍN ZNOJMO, a.s." aims to assess the financial and property situation of the company in years 2008 -- 2010. This work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with methodological interpretation of financial analysis, then the second part is focused on the application of theoretical knowledge to the specific enterprise. At the end of this work, the results of financial analysis are summarized.
