This bachelor s thesis emphasizes the issue of payroll costs and benefits. The literary part of the thesis enumerates and defines the fundamental terms related to employee compensations and fringe benefits. This part includes the approach to calculation of net pay, relevant deductions, and maturity. Also, it provides a classification of fringe benefits. The thesis deals with calculation of net pay of imaginary employees receiving various forms of fringe benefits with a view of the impact of fringe benefits eligible for tax benefits. The second part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey focused on offered fringe benefits and preferences of employees in terms of benefits.
Caring for secondary school graduates from the labor office perspective in the selected region

The bachelor thesis called Caring for Secondary School Graduates from the Labour Office Perspective in the Selected Region deals with current issues in the long term. The theoretical part lists and explains terms related to the topic, terms in the area of employment in particular. It also presents the work of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic especially activities aimed at high school graduates and employment policy instruments that are used to help this group of job seekers to full-fledged entry into the labor market. The main objective of this work is based on the survey which analyzes the current graduates awareness of the activities of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, their expectations with respect to the qualification demands of the labor market and related benefits. Job seekers attitude towards potential job search on the Internet was marginally adressed as well as the influence of social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and social capital, the importance of studying and experience for job search and labor market. Based on the analysis the thesis provides customized recommendations to improve this situation.
Creation of employment

This thesis deals with creation of employment. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the basic concepts related to creation of employment. In the context of labour relations, it is important to mention the rights and obligations of employees and employers originating from the employment. The thesis is based on the available current Czech legislation. Important legislation governing the creation of employment are particularly Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, Act No. 435/2004 Coll., Employment Act, and Act. No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. In connection with it is entry into force on January 1st 2014 there have been some changes in the Labour Code. In the practical part a qualitative research has been performed in the form of semi-standardized interviews and quantitative research has been performed in the form of own survey. The results that emerged from these interviews and survey have been interpreted and compared.
Employment of persons with impaired ability to work

This bachelor thesis aims to introduce the reader to the subject of employment of persons with disabilities in Czech Republic. Its highly important to find reachable work position for disabled a disadvantaged people. Furthermore, the position must be suitable for each of their own special handicap. This work consists of two main parts. Study of literature and Custom work. The first part will contain the existing rules on the subject. It will further introduce the active politics of employment of the state and creating and filling protected work spots. Readers will then be explained the concepts and issues of employment of handicapped people. Own work or practical part will be focused on integration of disadvantaged people and people with disabilities into structure of specific anonymous company from Czech Republic. It will further include basic financial analysis and company outputs.
Termination of employment and duties of employer

The topic of my bachelor thesis is termination of employment process and employers duties. Thesis is divided into two parts which are theoretical and practical ones. The theoretical part is focused to an analysis of a valid legal framework in form of the law no. 262/2006 Sb., Labour Code and it has five chapters. First chapter examines essentials of labour law, therefore labour law and its sources are defined here. Labour law relations and dependent labour together with subjects of labour law are also included in this chapter. The chapter is very useful mainly to get reader acquainted with elementary but very important terms in order to understand the thesis itself. The following chapter which is also the largest one and which gave the name the whole thesis explains in detail forms all forms of termination of employment process. This chapter is also focused at invalid termination of employment process. Next chapter consists of employers duties which are related to a termination of employment process such as severance payment, labour report, etc. The last chapter in theoretical part is focused at union bodies. The second part of the thesis presents a particular company. This part is focused at analysis of a termination of employment process at specific employer and subsequent evaluation and finding whether the company complies with all rules in regard of termination of employment process. Based on the results of this analysis the evaluation of the information is made together with solution proposals which could lead to a reparation of identified insufficiencies.
Application of higher education graduates in the labor market

The thesis is focused on the employment of the university graduates in the labor market. The theoretical part is attention to the activities of the human recourses from the perspective of the labor law. Especially, when the company wants to employ an new employee. It focuses on the methods of the recruitment and the selection of future employees. Furthermore, it defines the terms associated with the creation of the employment and the requirement of the employment contract, considering of valid and statutory regulations. The practical part is used for mapping the situation in the labor market in Czech Republic focuses on the university graduates. Thought statistical analyzes the data of the Czech Statistical Office and Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs were found affecting factors that cause unemployment of these graduates. Further, was found that university graduates are still the most attractive, the most active and least vulnerable group on the labor market. So, it is confirm the assumption that with higher education grows the chance to be successful.
Practice of unemployment in the Czech Republic

The goal of the thesis is to approach the problem of unemployment in the Czech Republic. The explanation of the basic concepts related to the labour market, the central authorities, employment policy and ways of arranging employment. An important part of this economic - legal work are documents, regulations and laws related to unemployment. Attention is also given to the social aspect and the impact that unemployment has on individuals. In the practical part is followed by an analysis of the labour market of the Czech Republic and region Hlavni mesto Praha. The research included interviews with unemployed people who have approached the issue from their perspective, but also interview with representative of the Labour Office, which reviewed the situation on the labor market from a professional point of view.
Employment Relationship in Terms of the Optimization of Wage Costs

The bachelor thesis is focused on labor relations of self-employed employer. Major aim of this work is reducing of personnel costs of particular employer at the current number of employees. The topic is discussed in general terms in accordance with the applicable legislation in the theoretical part. The second part of this work is focused on the analysis of the expences related to labor costs of the selected employer. Several suggestions for optimizing personnel expences in order to find the best solution are listed in the third chapter.
