Safe Communication App for Windows Phone
Vícha, Tomáš ; Veľas, Martin (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to describe the application development for secure communication between two users. The description begins with the analysis of already existing solutions, continues with the design of the user interface and the determination of requirements. There is also described a selection of suitable technologies and stages of application development together with its testing. The result of this work is an user-friendly application for the Windows Phone platform that performs end-to-end encryption of individual messages.
Application for Insertion of Virtual Objects to Camera Shots
Popelka, Karel ; Milet, Tomáš (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The aim of this project is to design an application for mobile platform which can insert virtual objects to camera shots without disturbing the scene. The application is implemented on Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 platforms. The scene rendering is done in DirectX with C++ programming language and the user interface is created in XAML. This text describes the relevant fundamentals of augmented reality and the selected platform and it describes advanced programming techniques such as asynchronous resources loading or advanced post processing rendering techniques. The result of this project is a mobile application for inserting a virtual object with its shadow to camera shot. It is possible to set some aspects of the light and take a picture with the virtual object in high resolution.

It also focuses on subsequent distribution to the Windows Store and includes proposals economic evaluation of the application.
Multi-platform Multiplayer RPG Game
Do Manh, Tuan ; Gemrot, Jakub (advisor) ; Ježek, Pavel (referee)
Title: Multi-platform Multiplayer RPG Game A multi-platform game, which would be able to run on various devices with Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 systems, was created in this work. It was supposed to be a universal game client executable on desktop PCs, notebooks, tablets or mobile phones. The game was supposed to be role-playing game (RPG) with focus on turn-based action combat. In this work, a 3D scene renderer was written which supports rendering simple scenes with objects and animated characters. A cross-device communication library based on bluetooth technology was implemented in this project as well. This communication library allows two game clients running on two different types of devices to communicate with each other. Then a server-client communication library was created. This library was then used to implement a game server which offers online gaming feature.

Development of a mobile application for Windows Phone and its publication in the Windows Phone Store
NĚMEC, Radek
This thesis describes the mobile operating system Windows Phone 8.1 (launched in the middle of 2014) and an application development. A partial goal is to introduce the system, including all parameters, features and technologies, which are necessary for application development. The main goal of my work is to create an application that downloads exchange rates of selected currencies from the website of the Czech National Bank. The app shows current exchange rates. It is possible to convert between different currencies. Also, there is a graph of the selected currency showing exchange rate history in selected period. My app is fully customizable for every user, so they can adjust it to suit their needs. In my thesis there is a summarization of all the information necessary for introducing Windows Phone 8.1 to the beginners in application development.
Development of application for single boarded computer
DUDA, Ondřej
The topic of this thesis is programming of a single boarded computer called Arduino UNO. The goal is to program controlling software for this board with the usage of digital and analog accessories and to assemble an electrical circle. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theory of single boarded computers, wirless comunnication especially Bluetooth technology, programming language C# and integrated development environment Visual Studio. The main goal of the practical part is to create an electrical circle which contains the single boarded computer, two step motors, and a wireless Bluetooth. Another goal is to create an application for a smartphone (Windows Phone 8.1) which could wirelessly control step motors via Bluetooth. Windows Phone aplication is written in C# language. Arduino program is written in Arduino language based on C language.
