FLASH-Based Text Editor

This bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of a new open-source Flash-Based Text Editor. The theoretical part describes the most leading text editors integrated into the web browser. The source code of the component is written in multi-platform language haXe and the new Flash library - Flash Text Engine - is used. The result of the thesis is an easily extensible application that enables the user to select, edit and format texts and manipulate with pictures. The editor operates with documents in XHTML 1.0 Transitional format.
Interactive Form Design in JSP

This project is interested in creating application for generating dynamic web pages which are connected to database. Main intention of this project is concentrated to set out basic parts and create class diagram of this application. Final application will be used for simplification of web pages design for non-IT users. Final application represents concept for any extension and modification in the future.

The goal of the bachelor's thesis was to create a web application for a slide presentation management. The application works with slides in HTML format. It provides various operations with the slides such as text editing, deleting, moving and creating new slides. The application works via a web interface built on a client-server communication based on the AJAX technology.

The server side component is implemented in ASP.NET technology.

This bachelor work is about to create an educational program, which allow user to better understand the basic principles of object oriented programming and Java itself.It is rather the practical part of this work, where output will be program itself. Main aspect of this program is intuitiveness and possibility to create own object structures for using graphical elements. In the theoretical part will be mentioning the basic principles of object oriented programming. Nowadays it's not much programs for novice programmer, but what is the main problem, that they don't understand OOP. Therefore this program can help students to think differently.

Enhanced HTML Editor

Subject of this bachelor's thesis was design of extended HTML editor. Reader is familiarized with HTML and JavaScript languages at first. Following is overview of existing WYSIWYG HTML editors and their comparison. The design of extended HTML editor requires a specification of disadvantages of existing editors. From these, the requirments for extended HTML editor were formed. The editor was designed and implemented using JavaScript and Dojo library. Two web applications were created for testing: blog and encyclopedia. The blog application was used for an user interface testing. Users tried out designed editor and editor TinyMCE during the testing. The results of the testing are summarized in conclusion together with proposal of a future work.
