It describes the division of airspace including the limitations applied and significant international organizations in relation to its management and organization. It also focuses on the rules for the execution of VFR flights, non-standard flights, and comparison of non-standard flights with adjacent states.

Effect of volcanic ash to Air Transport

This master's thesis deals with the issue of volcanic ash as a complex and its impact on aviation, including the volcanic activity itself (conditions for its existence, for existence of eruptions and their basic products). In addition, the thesis also deals with effect of volcanic ash on aircraft and airports, possibilities of its detection or monitoring as well as mechanism of its spreading in airspace. The emphasis is laid mainly on air incidents related to volcanic ash and on danger it poses to the airspace of the Czech Republic.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the description of the rules of flying according to Annex 2 prescription in the field of civil aviation. The first chapter briefly summarizes the history of aviation rules. The second chapter describes the Annex 2 prescription. Chapters 3 to 7 describe the rules of the flying in the field of civil aviation, while Chapter 4 contains a description of airspace for a better understanding of the following chapters.
Comparison of the airspace of the Czech Republic and the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The aim of presented bachelor thesis is to study the airspace of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan and to formulate ways to improve it. In accordance with the goal, the following research tasks are formulated and solved: - study the legal status of airspace; - perform a comparative analysis of the airspace of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan; - to propose ways to improve the airspace structure of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The theoretical generalization was made on the basis of an analysis of the provisions of the general theory of law, the theory of international law, the national legal order of the Czech Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Furthermore, selected areas of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany are described in detail. At the end, it is described whether these selected spaces are used according to the regulations of the European Union.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of airspace in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to propose optimization of the use of certain parts of airspace. The thesis describes the structure of airspace, its management and use. The current structure is compared with the history of airspace in the territory of today's Czech Republic since the beginning of the 20th century. Before the conclusion, the thesis deals with airspace policy, information applications for pilots and points out the problem of limiting pilots of general aviation.
