Preparation of the implementation of the gross substructure of the multifunctional building SW - TRADE

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the planning of the implementation of the rough substructure of the SW-TRADE multifunctional building. The work focuses on the technological regulation for the entire rough substructure, for which an inspection and test plan, a time schedule, and an itemized budget will be created. It also contains the coordination situation of the construction in the context of wider transport relations, the design of machine assemblies, the organizational principles of construction with a drawing of the construction site equipment, and an emphasis on safety and health protection at work. For this phase, details regarding the construction of the white tub and gabion perimeter wall, and the balance of resources, specifically workers, are also worked out.

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of the realization project for the stage of the rough bottom construction of a residential building in Nitra. The subject of the work is the implementation of earthworks and rough substructure, which includes the implementation of piles, foundation slab, walls of the 1st floor and the ceiling above the 1st floor. The content of the work is the elaboration of a technical report focused on the stage of the rough substructure, the situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, the organization of construction for the stage of the rough substructure, the technological regulation for the realization of piles, the design of the machine assembly, the inspection and test plan for the earthworks and also for the realization of piles, the risks and their solutions in the framework of the safety on the construction site, the itemized budget, which includes the bill of quantities, and the timetable.

Campus MU Brno (green stage) - construction technological project

The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project for the construction of the main processing stages University Campus Bohunice (green stage). It is a building consisting of nine pavilions which are mutually connected by two corridors. Corridors simultaneously combine green building stage with blue previous stage. All buildings are partial basement and three floors. Exceptions are SO IV-309, which consisted of four storeys with casing of an elliptic cylinder with a flat roof in the middle of the roof sheathing. In my thesis I deal specifically this very building object, which I discussed in terms of time, financial, technological progress bored piles and building equipment. Other portions are designed to project the whole building.

The solution of the diploma thesis is the office block in Blansko. Building is suggested for using as insurance company. This building is located in a particular territory which had precisely limited the possibilities of the construction. There are three aboveground floors. The building is designed like reinforced concrete frame with complete masonry type THERM. The building is built on drilled piles that are connected fundamental grate. The facade is made as ceramic aired facade. The building has a flat roof with classical succession layer and is stabilized by gravel. The building is designed for fifty people.
Risk analysis and treatment of the technological process

This diploma thesis deal with analysis and evaluation risks of the technological process of bored piles. Risks are divided into divisions of quality, environmental and safety. Subsequently conducted a risk analysis. The risk assessment was made by following methods - Risk Matrix, FMEA (Analysis Failure Modes and Effects) and Pareto chart. With the help of these methods are assessed identified risks and proposed appropriate measures for risk retention.

Diploma thesis deals with the design of the multifunctional building located between Havlickova and F. Vogner streets in relation to the existing building in Litomyšl. Building plot is slightly sloping, at the rear goes into greater inclination. The building has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The building includes services, located in ground floor, administrative premises decomposing in the second and third floor and apartments on the top floor. In the basement are located parking spaces. Supporting skeleton of the building is a cast-in-place concrete frame. Roofs are designed as a flat single shell. In part of roof over third floor is a green roof. The building is founded on piles. Due to the occurrence of water pressure is building an extra solved waterproofing system with checks and activation. The work includes text messages, drawings for building construction, fire safety design, construction and physical assessment of building structures and specialization from concrete structures.
