Title: Use of meteorology and historicalcomparisons atmospheric conditions for yachting and water. Objectives: At work I use two basic methods of research. The method of content analysis and interview. Content analysis, I get the information for the theoretical part of the work, using professional sailing and meteorological publications. Here I have discussed his work with Dr.. Joseph Brechler, PhD. Furthermore, with top windsurfing in the Black foothills and Nechranické dam. Methods: At work I used as a basic research methods method of content analysis and interview. Kouba, Jiří ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Nováková, Pavlína (referee)
Title: Influence of the frequency of compensatory exercises on muscle imbalances in kayakers of the student category Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find out whether doubling the allocation of compensation training influences the occurrence of muscle imbalances. Methods: The method used was the functional muscle test according to Janda (2004). The testing was done during entry and exit diagnostics. The score was recorded in accordance with Janda's scales for his functional muscle tests for muscles with the tendency to weaken and the tendency to shorten. Two groups of kayakers were submitted to the testing, both in the student category. Both groups were subjected to the same training unit modeled on the basis of the results of the entry diagnostics, the difference being that one group was subjected once per week and the other twice per week. Results: The group exercising twice per week reached an improvement in the results of exit diagnostics on the Janda scale. The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant. Upper cross syndrome was improved in four out of five probands who had upper cross syndrome. Keywords: muscle imbalance, water sports, functional muscle test, compensation, exercise frequency

Methods: The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with theoretical knowledge about synchronised swimming, diagnostic criteria of eating disorders and disturbed eating behaviour as well as eating disorders in water sports. The research group consists of 133 respondents, who are further divided into two primary groups, namely the group of synchronised swimmers, which includes 72 respondents, and the control group, which includes 61 respondents. The control group is further divided into two subgroups, depending on whether the respondent is registered in a sports club or not. Standardized questionnaires EAT - 26 and ORTO - 15 were used for the research. The questionnaires were completely anonymous and in an electronic form. The results were evaluated quantitatively and processed in the form of graphs in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet editor. Results: The prevalence of risky eating behaviour when using the EAT - 26 questionnaire is lower in the group of synchronised swimmers (8.31 %) compared to the control group (24.58 %). In the control group, the...
