Encrypted video-stream identification
MACÁK, Tomáš
The aim of this thesis is to create a data set of measured encrypted video streams and subsequently try to discover if it is possible to identify the content of those streams. In the theoretical part the on - demand video streaming is introduced and then suitable machine learning models applicable to solve this problem are presented. The works focused on a similar topic are presented next. In followed practical part the already mentioned data set is created. This set is then analysed and it is determined if there is a way how to represent those measured video streams for later content identification with use of statistical and machine learning models. In the last part of this chapter the machine learning models for classification and similarity detection are implemented and trained. The models are then tested and the results are summarised and compared.
Mobile Application of Image Processing
Planer, Jan ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis addresses video streaming from smartphone to smartwatch. The main goal of the thesis is to find a way how to handle the limited hardware features of the watch and make video streaming as fast and smooth as possible. A part of this work is focused on implementation of client-server application, which streams video from Android device to Tizen smartwatch over Bluetooth channel.
Web-Based Lecture Browser
Žižka, Josef ; Mikolov, Tomáš (referee) ; Fapšo, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with a web-based lecture browser. Its goal is to facilitate the access to information with the use of modern speech and multimedia technologies. Technologies used for this browser are discussed. Video recordings play a very important role in the browser, and therefore the big portion of this work is aimed at the digital video and methods of its delivery using streaming servers. Solutions of similar multimedia browsers are mentioned. The reader is acquainted with the browser design. This includes describing the various components of the browser and how their mutual synchronization is done. The final version of the browser is introduced and the problems that occurred during the development process and deployment into service are mentioned. In the conclusion of this work the future development of the web-based lecture browser is discussed.
Smart Digital Mirror for Individual Sports
Opichal, Tomáš ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a practical solution for individual athletes in the form of a digital mirror, which can become an alternative to observing yourself in an ordinary mirror. The work contains and emphasizes the benefits of a digital mirror. Much of the work is devoted to the transfer of video between various devices for the ability to combine multiple videos on a single screen. The core of the solution is a mobile application for the Android platform, which works in various modes, the choice of which depends on how the application is used. The application was continuously tested with a group of users, resulting in iterative improvements to the application's features and the addition of new features. Furthermore, a web variant of the application was implemented, which increases the possibility of using the digital mirror across different platforms. The results of testing show that this whole solution can be used in the practical training of sports exercises and the application has the potential to connect with various sports.
Remote Control of Model Vehicle through Web Interface
Rybníček, Jan ; Crha, Adam (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
This thesis describes the problems connected with the process of designing a model vehicle capable of remote control through the web interface. This thesis compares available miniature computers which are usable for driving the vehicle. It also describes the creation of a motor control module and its connection to a computer. Here are shown the possibilities of video streaming, which is used for easier vehicle control. This thesis deals with the whole process from the theoretical preparations, through the assembly of the hardware for the creation of the software.
Efficiency of Wireless Networks from Services View
Buchta, Marek ; Vymazal, Michal (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
Subject of this thesis was the issue of effectiveness of wireless networks from the perspective of services. Become acquainted with WiFi network standard IEEE 802.11 with protocols and principles of WiFi networks and services. It should be focused on the quality of service QoS. In teoretical part of this thesis are described problems considering wireless networks, layer model and types of nets used in WiFi. Standard IEEE 802.11 is analysed in details including supplements and used packets. Special attention is paid to the quality of service QoS. Next are discussed the principles and application services as VoIP, videoconferencing, video streaming and others in WiFi network. On the basis of obtained knowledge is designed extensive WiFi network with assured supply of services. For modelling and simulation of wireless network is used software development environment Opnet Modeler. Model of wireless network is used to optimize and analyse this wireless communication network. In thesis are also simulated properties of data which are sensitive to delay. In last part of thesis is created a laboratory work, which contains a submission of task, detailed theory, wiring diagram, instructions for elaboration, guidelines for simulation and example of elaboration of task. Work is about comparison of network with used 802.11b and 802.11e standard, and support of quality of service QoS.
Fashionspace Portal
Flídr, Jindřich ; Holan, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kruliš, Martin (referee)
Title: Fashionspace Portal Author: Jindřich Flídr Department: Department of Software and Computer Science Education Supervisor: RNDr. Tomáš Holan, Ph.D. Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to design architecture and implement web application "Fashionspace". This application allows user to create virtual fashion shows based on videos in an interactive environment. The client application is implemented using the Adobe Flash platform and communicates with the CMS Drupal using services. The application is integrated with many technologies, such as online user communication using the XMPP protocol or HD video streaming. The architecture of this application is modular and is built on the principles of MVC. Keywords: web technologies, RIA, Adobe Flex, CMS Drupal, video streaming
