Manufacturing of Motorcycle Sprocket
Hrazdíra, Michal ; Podaný, Kamil (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The work focuses on the production of a motorcycle sprocket, which transfers the torque from the output shaft of the gearbox to the rear disk of the wheel. Steel 12 050 was chosen for the production of the component, which is suitable for the intended purpose. The sprocket, produced in a series of 80,000 pieces per year, has a diameter of 191.9 mm and a thickness of 5 mm. After considering all factors, fine blanking with v-ring was selected as the manufacturing method. For this series, a semi-finished product in the form of a coil was chosen, which has an outer diameter of 1,400 mm and a width of 204 mm. For the annual production batch, 59 full coils and one incomplete coil will be required. Before the actual tool design, technological and control calculations were performed to verify the functionality of the proposed cutter. The tool was supplemented with technical documentation and a detailed description of the construction. Based on the calculated values, a triple-action hydraulic press Feintool HFA 11,000 plus was designed, which is part of the production line, which also includes decoiling and straightening equipment.
Design for Manufacturing of a Component of the Car Seat Positioning System
Dvořáček, Jan ; Harant, Martin (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is production design of the car seat positioning system segment, which is produced from material ČSN 41 1373 with a material thickness of 3 mm and a production series of 300 000 pieces produced per year. The part is manufactured using fine-blanking technology with a V-ring. The suitability of the component is verified by technological control and design and control assessments are carried out. A coil with a width of 128 mm and a total length of 664 m is chosen for production. Fine-blanking is executed in a tool with a movable punch and fixed guide plate, when two parts are made per one working stroke of the FBM440 Šmeral triple-action hydraulic press. The unwinding, straightening and feeding of the blank into the machine is provided by the UNI800 Drehen Automation automated line, and the outgoing waste is wound onto a coiler from the SWAH company.
The manufacturing of a flange by fineblanking technology
Povalač, Tomáš ; Šlais, Miroslav (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Aim of the project is to design new flange manufacturing technology. The flange is manufactured from stainless sheet 17 040 with 5 mm thickness and annual production batch of 800 000 pieces. Fineblanking process has been proposed as a new production technology. Technological and construction dimensions have been designed for the proposed technology. The fineblanking process is done by automated machine which consist of unwinding and straightening device, mechanical punch press and winding device. The manufactured part is punch pressed by tool which is located in the punch press in one lift. An economic evaluation compares current manufacturing technology with the proposed technology which is more economically convenient.
Manufacturing of sensor cover by fineblanking technology
Kosíř, Tomáš ; Šlais, Miroslav (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
Master´s thesis project elaborated within the scope of Master´s degree submits a proposal of manufacturing of sensor cover by fineblanking technology. Sensor cover is manufactured from 4 mm roll of sheet metal. The material component is microalloyed steel S355MC. Annual production batch is 800 000 pieces. Based on the literature study, several possible methods of production parts are described. After evaluation of the required accuracy, surface quality and annual production, the technology of fineblanking using V-ring has been chosen. On the basis of technological and control calculations was chosen the triple action hydraulic press HFA 4500 plus, made by Feintool with a rated power 4500 kN. Design of cutting tool has been designed with moving punch.
