The Evaluation of the Realization of the Plan of Social Service in a Chosen Locality

This essay is about evaluation of social services plan on selected area -- especially in the city Litoměřice. In Litoměřice ended the realization of "Second community plan of social services of the city Litoměřice for years 2007 -- 2009" in 2009. The evaluation of realization of this plan is from the view of goals. Every goal is defined together with a precaution (project), with certain goals, there are more precautions. All goals are defined separately for each group. Regards to the theoretical part there is description of problematic of community planning, there is an explanation of the term "social service". Furthermore is explained how are the social services planed, it is defined what community plan is, its realization and evaluation. Regards to the practical part i is primary introduced the city Litoměřice and the "Second community plan of social services of the city Litoměřice for years 2007 -- 2009". After the introduction of the plan are presented work groups, goals and precautions of these work groups. In the last chapter of practical part is the evaluation of the goals of community plan realization of city Litoměřice.
Public opinion on performance of president Vaclav Klaus

In its regular survey in January 2010 the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on the questions about the Vaclav Klaus' presidency. Most Czechs think president Klaus is good in taking care of dignity and respect of his office (75 %) and he fulfills his constitutional functions (73 %). Majority of Czech population supposes president Vaclav Klaus is an autority for people (62 %) and represents the Czech Republic in foreign countries good (63 %). More critic are Czechs to the president‘s influence on political events in the Czech Republic, only 47 % find it „very good“ or „somewhat good“. Also the president's contact with citizens and his awareness of their problems is perceived rather bad, only 37 % of people think president's performance in this particular area is good.
Evaluation of Jan Fischer's Cabinet

In January survey CVVM focused on evaluation of Jan Fischer's government. 75 % of Czechs are satisfied with the person of Prime Minister, 17 % are dissatisfied, 66 % are satisfied with government's performance and 24 % are not. Also government's program (56 % / 24 %) as well as communication with public (56 % / 29 %) is evaluated predominantly positively. 48 % of respondents see positively also a personal composition of Fischer's government, 35 % expressed opposite feeling in this matter.
