Automatic Creation of PLC Program using TIA Portal Openness
Janeček, Pavel ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with automatic generation of PLC program with visualization for model 'Kuličky' through TIA Portal Openness. For this purpose a desktop application "TIAOpennessGenerator", by using programming language C#, was developed. This application generates PLC program according to suitably designed XML schema which works as a "recipe". Both schema and application are written in order to make data generating as universal as possible.
Automatic Creation of PLC Programs for Crane Models using TIA Portal Openness
Slanina, Václav ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis deals with TIA Portal Openness, its potential in terms of automating PLC program generation, compilation and management of individual devices. It aims to its basic features, such as working with hardware and network configuration, exporting and importing source files of blocks, and demonstrates them on a simple application for crane models. For generation, a desktop application was created as a practical example for easy understanding of this topic. It is possible to get basic overview of this tool and it’s aplication from this thesis.
Software for Formal Testing of PLC Program
Sýkora, Ondřej ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis analyzes the testing techniques used in the IT industry and applies them analogously to the machine industry - specifically PLC programming. In this work, a test application is designed and implemented. It’s purpose is to find errors created by a PLC programmer or PLC code generator in the TIA Portal environment project. The application can find and detect up to 10 different errors. It is a windows form application, developed in C#, using the open interface of TIA Portal Openness. Subsequently, its functionality is tested on a small test project with a known number of errors and also on a large company project with an unknown number of errors.
