New apartment building in Telč

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design and develop project documentation for a new apartment building. The apartment house is located in Telč. The building is designed as a free-standing building with three aboveground floors and one basement. There are eleven parking spaces next to the building. The basement of the floor plan extends above the ground floor, there is a common room, cellar and technical facilities. There are nine residential units on the upper floors. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. Perimeter masonry in the basement is made of concrete blocks and in the upper floors of ceramic blocks. The internal load-bearing masonry is also made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure and the staircase are monolithic. An elevator is located between the arms of the staircase. The roof is flat, vegetative. The building envelope is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system.
Guest house with wine cellar

The aim of this diploma thesis is creating a construction documentation for a guest house with a wine cellar. The guest house is a three-storey building. A lounge, which is also meant to serve for ceremonious social gatherings, staff facilities and two accessible rooms are located on the ground floor. First floor consists of several two-bed rooms, one common kitchen and a smaller lounge for guests. Accommodation units for larger groups of guests can be found on the top floor. Vertical supports are made of Porotherm system, ceilings are made of filigree-like reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a saddle roof with clay tiles and load-bearing nailed timber trusses. The building is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain. The wine cellar building consists of an underground cellar and a ground floor with a lounge, sanitary facilities and a staircase hall. External walls of the upper part of the cellar are made of CSB framework, partitions are made of Porotherm system, ceiling is made of reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a green roof. External walls of other parts of the building are also made of CBS framework, ceiling is a vault-like one supported by prefabricated beams and covered with Miako ceiling panels. The structure is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain, its cellar is sunk under ground level and covered with soil.
Family House

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to partly elaborate the project documentation of a family house. The building is situated in Lipník nad Bečvou (Přerov district) in a town part called Seminárka, which is an area assigned for this purpose in the town's land use plan. It is a three storey house with two aboveground floors and a basement. The construction is designed to be bricked in Wienerberger Porotherm system and with flat roofs. It is suited for a four to six membered family. The house consists of eight residential rooms and garage for two cars.
Apartment building

This bachelor thesis depicts project documentation for realization of an apartmen house in Hradec Králové. The designed object includes nine flats in three storeys with technical facilities and no cellar. Vertical load-bearing and curtain walls are designed to be built of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The outside wall is insulated with expanded facade polystyrene and plastered with a thin-layer textured agate and cream plaster. The openings are filled with plastic windows including a plastic entrace door with a fanlight. Horizontal constructions are made od moholithic reinforced concete panels which are reinforced in one or two dimensions. The roofing in designed as a flat roof with a layer of vegetation. The foundations of the block of flats are based on concrete strips. The design of the object respect current housing in the area. The bachelor thesis includes a basic review of construction physics and fire safety layout.
Apartment building R7

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to design and after that to develop a project documentation for a new apartment building R7. The apartment house is located on a plot in Praha – Karlín, Rohasnké nábřeží. The building is designed as a free-standing building with three aboveground floors and one basement. The floor plan of the basement reminds rectangle. There are cellars, garage, and technical facilities in the basemant. On the upper floors there are fifteen aparment units, five units on each upper floor. All apartments on ground floor have its own terrace; apartments on the sedond and the third floor have balconies. The apartment building is based on reinforced concrete foundation slab. The structural system of the basement is also made of reinforced conctrete and is consisted of colomns, beams and walls. The whole envelope of the underground is made from underground waterproofing system – a white tank. The external and internal load-bearing masonry of the upper floors is made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure with the balconies is made of reinforced concrete floor slab. The staircase is prefabricated. An elevator is located next to the arms of the staircase. The roof of the aparment building R7 is flat and partly walkable. The exterior building´s envelope is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system.

THIS MASTER´S THESIS DEALS WITH SOLVING THE PROJECT DOCUMENTATION FOR IMPLEMENTING A CONSTRUCTION. THIS MEANS DESIGNING BUILDINGS FOR TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATIONS AND HOTELS. THE NEW BUILDING IS INCLUDED IN THE TĚCHOV LAND REGISTRY. THE LAYOUT SHAPE IS ATYPICAL. THE LEFT PART IS SINGLE-STOREY, COVERED WITH A VEGETATION ROOF AND A ROOF WITH TERRACE. THE RIGHT, THREE-STOREY PART IS COVERED WITH A WARM FLAT ROOF. THE OBJECT IS MADE OF BRICKS, WITHOUT CELLAR, MADE OF CERAMIC BLOCKS. THE FLOOR STRUCTURES IS MADE OF PRESTRESSED HOLLOW CORE SLAB. THE PROJECT ALSO SOLVES THE RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT AND THE PARKING AREA.
Children's Home

The thesis focuces on project documentation for a construction project with the aim to design home for children under institutional care. Located on the outskirts of Skuteč, the building is three-storey, detached and partially basemented. The basement area lays on the slab foundations and the first floor on strip foundations. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks and local reinforced concrete columns while horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs and wooden trusses over the gym. The building is covered by a vegetated flat roof. The building houses six residential units for six family groups with a total capacity of 43 children. The basement includes gym and fitness with technical facilities. The first floor consists of three residential units, changing rooms for the gym and kitchen with facilities. The second floor houses remaining three residential units, offices and the refectory. The upper floor is used for children´s education and entertainment.
Civil building

This thesis deals with the design of a primary school for the 1st degree in Kromeriz. This is a set of 3 buildings. Object A is partially cellared, with 2nd floor above ground floor. In this building there is a boiler room with air conditioning, changing rooms, offices for school management and a dining room. Building B is an unsym basement 3rd floor building, which serves for the stay of pupils of the 1st-5th grade of the elementary school. Object C is unsymed, single-storey. It is a gym, changing rooms and sanitary facilities. This thesis solves object B, which is used for the stay of pupils of the 1st-5th grade of the primary school. The building is of irregular rectangular shape and is designed as a three-storey, unsymed. The structure consists of a skeleac structure. Linings of perimeter masonry made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM 30 Profi, based on concrete feet. The inner supporting masonry is made up of porotherm 25 AKU blocks. The inner non-supporting masonry is designed from POROTHERM 14 Profi blocks and POROTHERM 8 blocks. The insulation of the building is designed as a certified contact system. The horizontal supporting structure of the ceiling is solved by a cross reinforced ŽB plate. The staircases are ŽB monolithic. Roof structures are made up of flat roofs.
Environmentally advanced retirement home

The subject of my master's thesis is the design of an energy-efficient house for the elderly. The building has three floors. The construction system is made of ceramic blocks filled with glass wool. The building is covered with a flat vegetation roof. The retirement home has 15 apartments, a doctor's office, a common dining area, a common room and offices for administration. A technical concept for the building environment was designed for the building. The dining room, office, lounge and doctor's rooms are forcibly ventilated. The premises are divided into three zones and each zone has its own air handling unit. Heating is provided by two condensing gas boilers and the whole building is heated by radiators. An assessment was made for the design of photovoltaic panels. In the third part, an assessment and research of sources for heating and hot water was prepared.
Multifunctional building

The master’s thesis deals with design documentation of a multifunctional building in Vyskov. The property consists of eight apartments, shops and offices. It is a detached, three-storey building without a basement. Parking space is solved by parking in front of the building. The shape in plan consists of three rectangles with a flat roof. The house is fitted to almost flat terrain. The main entrances to the building are situated to the north, west, northwest. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM.
