Camera Based Object Tracking

This work focuses on theoretical description, proposal and implementation of a program for coloured object tracking by a robot. Picture processing uses wrapper of OpenCV library - EmguCV. The application communicates with the robot and guides it to track a specified coloured object. The program is implemented in C# language.
Controlling Mobile Robotic Vehicle with Using Mobile Device

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to introduce robotic vehicle SRV-1 Blackfin and possibilities of communication of the vehicle with a mobile device with Android operating system. Practical part of the thesis consists of creating Android library and application, which uses this library. Android library provides a wireless connection with the vehicle and it can control it, application uses methods of the library for turning on and turning off lasers, motion and changing camera settings.
Robotic Rover Controlled with Using the Arduino Platform

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to introduce options of wireless robots control with using Arduino platform and describe preferences, options and use of this platform. In this thesis is implemented duplex wireless transfer between modules with XBee modules. Practical part of thesis consists of 2 parts - control module and robotic rover module. Control module is used for controling the other module and it contains display, signal and control parts. Rover module, which is based on SRV-1 robot, contains ultrasonic sensors for distance measuring between rover and barrier around its place, and LED light ramp for lighting places out of the current direction of movement.

The content of this bachelor’s thesis is overview of unmanned vehicles for exploration of space objects. The first part of this thesis adress probes that have been sent to the Moon. Summarizes their parameters and results of individual missions. The second part focuses on probes sent to Mars, their contribution and technical specifications. Comparison of conceptual solutions of space probes is also included in this thesis.
