The aim of this bachelor thesis was to create a methodology for strategic analysis of student consulting club, CLUB 307 and suggest recommendations that would form its future growth and success. As main methods for analysis, I used analyses that are typical for the company environment and I modified them for the environment and conditions of the student club. The main methods used were Porter's Five Forces Analysis Model, PEST analysis, RCP and VRIO analysis, SWOT and afterwards TOWS analysis. Thank to these analyses I was able to identify specific advantages of the club, strong and weak points, opportunities and threats. The findings of analyses were important for suggesting detailed recommendations and strategies that are described more precisely in conclusion part.

The thesis is divided into four main parts -- introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The main task of the introduction is to introduce the issue of the thesis to the reader. Key questions determining the frame of the thesis are presented in the introduction part. The theoretical part describes the theory of a business plan. In this part we can find a theoretical description of the company profile as well as external and internal analysis which determines the company strategy and describes the financial plan. The practical part follows the theoretical part which means that it applies the theoretical knowledge on to praxis. In the conclusion the author makes comments on the key questions determining the contents of the plan, summarizes other knowledge and outcome resulting from the work and finally decides if it is possible to realize the business plan.
