Realization of the lower building of a dwelling house in Děrná

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process a building construction project of the lower building of dwelling house in Děrné. The building is designed as a three- floor object with flat roof and the object will be located on the sloping terrain. The foundations of object will be stepped. The thesis focused on the preparation of the construction proces of the carcass lower building and on its organization. The content of this work is to proces technological regulations. These regulations are processed accompanying and summarized technical report, solution of broader logistic relations, proposal of the mechanical set, proposal of the construction site equipment, control and test plan, health and safety at work, the itemized budget with bill of quantities and the time-schedule plan. Part of the work is graphical illustration of construction site equipment and the movements of dozer and backhoe loader.
Removing of masonry pillar from load bearing wall

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design suitable solution of a new load bearing structure in residency basement. There is a increase the width of hole by removal masonry pillar from load bearing wall between two doors. In first part there is a focus on loads analysis in height level of new beam and design two solutions of beam. Verification of bearing capacity is included with eventual changes.

The family house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one basement and two above grade storeys. The access to the building is realized by reinforced concrete stairway. Basement enter by car is under a tilt of 10%. The main entrance to the building is located on the first floor and leads you to the entry. Garage is located right in the basement as well as fire-room with laundry, technical room, cellar, WC and stairway leading to the first floor, where the living room linked by kitchen with dinning room is situated, as well as there is buttery, study room, bathroom with WC and stairway to basement and second floor there. In the second floor you can find two childrens’ rooms one of which dispose of balcony, then bedroom with dressing-room, storage room and bathroom with WC. The facade of the building is as External Thermal Insulation Contact System (ETICS), roofed by platform of 3% tilt covered by grey color hydro-insulation Construction of foundation is realized on strip footing and bearing plates. The structural system of first and second floor is brickwork consisting of ceramic building blocks POROTHERM 30 P+D, basement structural system is furring blocks grouted-in by concrete reinforced with steel bars (sacrificial formwork). The ceiling is realized as ceramic-concrete structure POROTHERM of thickness 250 mm. Heating is provided by gas condensing boiler, which is set in fire-room in basement.

The objects are based on strip footings, carrying walls are made from ceramic bricks, ceilings are from ceramic beams and blocks, there is a ferroconcrete stair, a roof is flat.
Ecoduct on Motorway D1

The master’s thesis focuses on suitable design of an ecoduct on the highway D1 near Jihlava. It includes a structural analysis of reinforced concrete strip footings and wooden beams in all phases of construction. The material of the main bearing system is glued laminated timber GL24h. An important part of three-jointed ecoduct wooden arched beams is well-chosen isolation.
Load-bearing structure of mountain hotel

Master’s thesis is based on analysis and design of a load bearing structure of an mountains hotel. Mountain hotel schould be realized in the village Vernirovice in Šumperk district. The proposed structure is formed 4th floors. In 1.NP is a restaurant, a sports and wellness center. In 2.NP in the right side is situated the swimming pool. In 2 to 4 floor are located rooms. This structure is supported with a strip footing made of reinforced concrete. The main load-bearing elements in the vertical direction are in 1.NP reinforced concrete walls and columns, the upper floors bearing masonry walls of ceramic blocks THERM. The inner support walls are 300 mm thick, outside support walls are 400 mm thick. Floors are constructed of carrying plates with girders above the larger openings. These plates and girders are made of reinforced concrete. In the 2 floor are beams with the span of 8,8 m. These girders are designed of prestressed concrete cause the large loads. Individual levels are connected with monolithic concrete staircases. Around the middle of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete elevator shaft. The highest elevation above grade level is 16 m. The thesis also deals with relevant drawing documentations for chosen parts of construction.The building is located in the ski area VI and IV wind areas.

The project deals with a new – built section basement detached house designed for one - generation family, consisting of four members. It is situated in a slope area, the entrance is from the local utility road. The building has three storeys and a basement. The roofing is made by extensive vegetative roofs. There is a flat roof over the first floor and a pent roof over the second floor. The building is based on the strip footing of plain concrete. The bearing system is from the Ytong building system. The garage, the technical room and the storeroom are basement. On the groundfloor there are a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and bathrooms. On the first floor there are bathrooms and children s rooms built as a maisonnette.

The thesis also deals with relevant drawing documentations for chosen parts of construction.
