The aim of the thesis is the implementation of the strategic analysis of the company Carla, Ltd. for the period 2010 - 2014 from the perspective of an external analyst. Bachelor thesis is normally divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part the methodology of the analysis of internal and external business environment. In the practical part, the company and its general characteristics. Followed very strategic analysis, within which to apply their theoretical knowledge. It also includes financial analysis, which is used for assessing the financial health of the company. The knowledge gained throughout the analysis results in a SWOT analysis, under which it is proposed any changes and recommendations for creating business strategy.

On that base thesis determines company's position on defined markets and afterwards proposes a set of tactic measures, which are primary focused on communication efficiency increase and presentation of company by various communication tools.

The goal of my master thesis is to discover the value of the company FEZKO THIERRY a.s. The master thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is just theoretic - methodological. In the second part, which is practical, I introduce the basic data and information about the company. Then I focus on strategic and financial analyses, where we can find the main data for the financial plan. In the final part I pay the attention to the resulting valuation of the company.

Aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company as Czech Airlines to 1.1.2009. At the beginning of the work is described the company's history, another section deals with the strategic analysis. The third chapter contains the work of financial analysis and it aim is to assess the financial health of the firm. A fourth unit is prediction of generators and preparing the financial plan. In the last chapter I looked at his own valuation of the company using the DCF method APV. The resulting value, I set the interval range. As an additional method was used market comparison. The value of the firm is appointed like interval.
