Práce je zaměřena na analýzu rovzojových programů v cestovním ruchu. V teoretické části popisuje fungování regionální politiky EU, jejich cílů a nástrojů v podobě strukturálních fondů EU. Práce si klade za cíl popsat proces poskytování finančních prostředků z veřejných zdrojů na projekty CR v rámci grantových schémat pro podopatření 4.2.1 Podpora nadregionální infrastruktury. Práce se rovněž snaží nastínit, jakým způsobem bude podpora CR pokračovat v letech 2007 - 2013

Analysis of use financial resources from public budgets for tourism development in the CR in 2004-2006

Tourism in the Czech Republic is significantly supported primarily by grants from the EU Structural Funds. This thesis analyzes the utilization of public resources in the area mentioned in the programming period 2004-2006, which has for its completion can be analyzed. The area is therefore concerned with the 4th priorities of the JROP - Tourism Development. On the basis of available empirical data here compare the results of selected monitoring indicators at the level of different regions. In addition, this thesis aims to examine the impact of drawn funds for the development of tourism in the Czech Republic (with macro-economic indicators such as contribution to GDP or contribution to job creation). Then the thesis focuses on relationship issues types of end users of projects in the 4th priority JROP and attempts to assess whether the funds were allocated effectively.

The Potential of Using ERDF Resources for Supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Development

The aim of my diploma work is the analysis and subsequent evaluation of chances of those small and medium enterprises (SME`s) in Central Bohemia, which could utilize financial resources from the European Fund for Regional Development (EFRD) from the Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise (OPIE) and from the Joint Regional Operational Programme (JROP). The diploma work shall be divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first part of the theoretical section of the diploma work the structural politics between years 2000 and 2006 is defined, specifically it concentrates on European fund of regional development, the conditions of the utilization as well as its part in the development of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic. Part of the analysis of drawing funds from the EFRD is composed by figures of funds that were approved by the European Committee for the Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise as well as for the Joint Regional Operational Programme. Furthermore, the proceedings that can be used by SME are analyzed as well as their orientation. Finally I limited and described the chosen area within the Czech Republic, namely the Central Bohemia. The practical part deals with those measures of OPIE and JROP that are related to this area. Then, a brief view on existing realization and results of programmes OPIE and JROP is introduced, the determination date being 14th January 2007 - approximately two years after the first appeal for submitting of proposals. Subsequently I evaluated the chances to utilize funds of projects within operational programme that meet the EFRD criteria. Based on the results I rated the performance of SME{\crq}s in the Central Bohemia. For describing the existing situation, the descriptive method was mainly used, whereas the analysis of available informational sources and following synthesis of results was done by analytic-synthetic method.

The impacts of chosen realized projects from the programme JROP in South Bohemia area

This thesis deals with regional and structural policy. The main objective of regional policy is to lower the differences between regions. The thesis describes priorities, aims and instruments of regional policy. Further it deals with the chance to draw a financial subvention from Structural Funds in contracted program period 2004 - 2006 in the Czech republic. The main aim is to evaluate real impacts of realized projects that were cofinanced from Joint Regional Operational Programme (JROP) in South Bohemia area.

Strukturální fondy EU: perspektivy v období 2007-2013

Práce hodnotí dosavadní zkušenosti České republiky s čerpáním SF v období 2004-2006 a zaměřuje se zejména na porovnání s obdobím následujícím 2007-2013. Poukazuje na změny na poli jednotlivých SF a cílů strukturální politiky, zabývá se rovněž novou finanční perspektivou. Jádro práce spočívá v představení strategických dokumentů vztahujících se k novému programovacímu období a zhodnocení příprav ČR jak na úrovni obecné tak na úrovni krajů, kde se očekávají největší změny. V závěru práce jsou přípravy na nové období představeny také na příkladu konkrétního regionu NUTS II Severovýchod.
