The proposal of the changes of the SME approach to the cooperation with partners on the market with the electronical components

In this Master's Thesis I am solving two seemingly not related issues -- the title of the thesis is to propose the change of the SME approach to the cooperation with partners and the target of the thesis is to recommend to the company changes in business and management behaviour which will help to break through the tenders of the large size companies. To meet the target of the Master's Thesis there was analysed current situation of the particular enterprise which does not cooperate with large companies. There were used Five-Forces Model, PEST analyse and SWOT analyse to describe this enterprise. Based on the analyses' results there were discovered main deficiencies which are connected with the character and behaviour of the owners. The basic deficiencies are missing planning and undisciplined behaviour of the owners to their firm and missing Quality management certification. If the company eliminates them, it has better chance to be successful in the tenders of the large companies. Cooperation, partnership or another company connection, these are also the opportunities how to become the supplier of the big company. Czech SME trading with electronical components are not willing to cooperate with other companies. In this Master's Thesis I gave the reasons, why the companies should have positive approach to cooperation.
A usage of cultural facilities in tourism development on case of selected museums with the technical issues in the region of Jindřichův Hradec

The theoretical part of the thesis was divided into five chapters in which the theory of turism and marketing were explored and described. The tourist trade was defined with the help of the specific literature, also destinations, particular types of turism and, of yourse, cultural tourism. The practical part of the thesis deals with the area of Jindřichův Hradec. The synthesis of information gained from the situational analysis and questionnaire research served as a base for creating the SWOT analysis of tourism in the JH area. There is nothing like a ?service package? for cooperation and communication of cultural and tourism facilities in the area. Therefore the author suggested such a product package which should be used as a means for tourists to visit all technical museums in the area and which should be also helpful for the people to stay longer in the destination.

The aims of thesis were analyze supply and demand of tourism and to complete the products for selected segment of visitors and to suggest possibilities of communcation and cooperation cultural facilities and sector of tourism in the region of Třebíč. The thesis includes several parts. The first part is a theoretical part, which provides basic theoretical information. Another part contains an analysis of tourism offer in the region of Třebíč. In the next part of thesis was performed marketing research of cultural facilities in the region of Třebíč. Another tree SWOT analyses were performed. This information led to the development process of tourism in the region of Třebíč.

A diploma work was draw up on the theme The Assumptions of Commercial Services Development in A Chosen Area {--} Microregion Dačice. Goal of the diploma work has been to describe choice bunch of municipalities with a view to given to region commercial services microregion Dačice, to carry out situation analysis and further delimitate assumptions to given to areas of commercial services development. Work is implicated in solution to research program ZF JU MSM 600766 5806. Partial goal has been to acknowledge or to uproot 5 hypotheses. According to economic values Dačicko belongs to the economic weak regions. Mikroregion has bigger chance obtain grant from EU for the development of microregion than individual municipalities. Tool for the development of regions can be cooperation of companies. According to checklists research in microregion majority of entrepreneurs isn't engaged to any form of organized cooperation. To travel movement there has been considerable potential that the till now wasn't quite used. Nature, sights and high - quality environment arrange fit conditions for expansion of service, of travel movement and in a sport (biking` travel). For the present travel movement is only a seasonal business. Problems, with which businessmen are fighting, are finance and small municipalities in microregion haven`t almost reason follow evolution travel movement. Because is in microregion high rate of unemployment and is here reach substandard wages, they may local inhabitants come off only stint quantity of products. For this reason is crash fixate first on decrease unemployment and increasing of wages and as far as then orient on commercial services development for inhabitants microregion.
The analyse market opportunities of a given company

The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyse market opportunities of a given company. To reach this aim, I made own evaluation of the macro environment using STEP analysis, using Porter{\crq}s model I analysed the micro environment, and for the company assessment financial analysis and marketing mix were used. I have made a summary of all my findings and created SWOT analysis, in which I identified strenghts and weaknesses of the company, as well as its opportunities and threats.
The Assumptions of Commercial Services Development in a Chosen Area - DSO Zlaty vrch

The aim of this thesis is to analyse commercial servises in the area Zlatý vrch and suggest the possible solutions of their develepment. The literary part, in which the basic terms of the topic are characterized, was written first. These terms are then used in the practical part. Subsequently, the situation analysis, where the whole territory is mapped, was worked out. Futhermore, the survey of the businesmen and also interwiews with the mayors of each municipality were carried out. SWOT analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats was prepared on the basis of these analyses. At the end, I proposed my own suggestions for the expansion of commercial services, which arise from the three main priorities: turism, business and environment.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to carry out the situation analyse of microregion Poděbradské Polabí, to carry out the SWOT analyse and to define the strategic goals of tourism development in choosen region. Microregion is famous because of its center ? spa town called Poděbrady. Advantages of this destination are profitable position, favourable climate and terrain, spa, history and varied offer of sports and social happening. Strategic goals were defined for spa and tourism, organization, publicity, tourism infrastructure and environment.

Nowadays, marketing tools are the key factors to enforce the market as well as to seek new customers. Therefore, marketing planning should be the integral part of any enterprise that wants to succeed in markets. The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to point out the practical aspects of how to process the marketing plan of a particular product. On this basis, it will be able to find the result of the real compliance between theoretical methods how to prepare a marketing plan, generally described in literature, and the real practice. The theoretical part describes general information about the marketing plan and its particular parts, as well as their preparation, implementation and verification. The rest of the Thesis is focused on the description of the real preparation of the new product called eATLANTIK within a company ATLANTIK FT, a. s.. It consists of initial impulse based on the long-term strategic goals, through the preparation of specific parts of the marketing plan. The following methodological tools were utilized in the Thesis: observation, description, deduction, comparison, and other applications.

I`ve focused on SWOT analysis and sequential proposal of strategy for the company,on delivery of my bachelor work. My goal is to analyse actual situation of the company and to find that kind of solution, which could help with progress of the company. I`ll use this analysis as a template for proposal of convenient strategy, which aim would be to think about particular threats and weaknesses of the company and the other way round, to underline the strength and to analyze various purposes, which the market hideing for the company. The aim is the progress of the company and its movement ahead. The power of a competition, its great equipment and its disposition of the newest technologies is for our company high sign. The company has insufficient level of computer equipment, what could eventuate in slowing-down of entire production. The other problematic area is advertisment and propagation, nowadays essential part of a business enterprise.
