This thesis aims to develop a business plan on starting a mini-brewery. It is divided into three main parts. Basic terminology regarding the discussed issue is described in the theoretical part, particularly explaining certain concepts from the business sphere as well as concepts related to both beer and the mini-brewery. The next part contains a particular procedure. I intend to deal with more in the practical part. The practical part then specifically refers to the market situation detected through several analyses, such as STEP analysis, SWOT analysis and competitor analysis, and also includes the considered company´s marketing plan. An integral part of the thesis is a simplified financial analysis, which allows to determine whether this type of business is actually feasible.
Revitalization variants assessment of the Maříž Castle park and alternative solution of park revitalization concept

The result of the proposed diploma thesis on "Revitalization variants assessment of the Maříž chetau park and proposal of alternative solution of park revitalization concept" is a "own variant" and evaluation of the alternative solutions for the revitalization of the Maříž chateau park. The first variant is named "non-intervention variant", which describes a status of the chateau park in year 2009, before making any intervention for revitalization. The second variant is a "design variant", that planners worked out for the owner of the park. The last variant is the "own variant" processed by the author of this diploma thesis. Each variant is evaluated in cultural-historical, ecological, economical, and social and educational terms through SWOT analysis. The diploma thesis found that in a village of Maříž there is already partly revitalization of the greenery. The main problem is the surface water pollution by waste water at present. The waste water problem is processed within of alternative solution of park revitalization koncept.

Title: Plan how to support marketing activities development in boat rental in Znojmo. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to analyze (including SWOT analysis) the marketing activities of the company Půjčovna lodí Dyje in Znojmo. On the basis of these findings to propose a plan for their development. The next task is to establish support activities and complementary activities to contribute positively to the promotion of rentals not only in Znojmo but also in the region South Moravia. The result of the work would be a proposal for specific technical and creative steps to complement existing but also new marketing activities of the 2018 period. Methods: Information and data were based of the documents and information provided directly by the company Půjčovna lodí Dyje. They were subsequently used in analyzing the marketing environment, where the organization is located. After identifying the weaknesses and strengths that were subsequently highlighted in the promotion, will be build a SWOT analysis of the company. Results: The company Půjčovna lodí Dyje has shortcomings in the promotion and indirect communication tools with customers. Analysis of the Hotel Environment

This thesis deals with situational analysis of selected hotel. Firstly, the important part of literature research is the general definition of the external and internal environment. After that are described main tools of the situation analysis. Collecting primary information sources is done by internal data of the company and by external market research. The main content of this bachelor thesis defines detailed analysis of external environment by using PESTE method. Elements of this method are described and then is assess impact of each factor. To evaluate the Hotel's portfolio is used BCG matrix and by using Porter's five forces analysis it is possible to find out how to competitive environment affect the company. On the base of internal data of the company is made a demographic and geographic segmentation of Hotel's guests. With the empirical knowledge from each data, solutions to the problem are established. To summary data form each analysis is used SWOT method with processed strategy suggestion.
Region of Tábor and its Potential for Development of Tourism of Families with Children

In this time the tourism is very important branch of business and science as well. Tourism has a strong influence of positive development of destinations. It is positive socio economic and environmental impactis discussed many authors. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the creation of tourism product portfolio for families with small children in the Tábor area. Tábor have a rich potential for aktive recreation. There are many things what to do here. The region is popular for the possibilities of swimming, sightseeing, cycling and other practicing other sports. The most important segment of tourists are the families with children. Firstly, it is because their quantity and the second future visits of small visit or when they will grow up. The first part deals with the oretical attitudes to investigated area. It deals with tourism and it is definition, tourism typology, tourism system and tourism supply. It determinates and briefly describes heterritory, which is very suitable for family holidays. Further it deals with primary and secondary offer analysis, demand analysis and analysis of competition. Primary date was collected by questionnaire survey and interview with two important people in tourism field in Tábor. The results of realized analyses are formulated into SWOT analysis, which forms strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Summarized information is the base for creating products portfolio. Then the proposals are adopted and measure simplemented to upgrade the product portfolio of tourism in the monitored area. There are two productsfor segment of families with children adopted. Based on the surfy finding the tourism for families with children can be promoted and developer better. It will lead to increase of tourism in this area.
The Analysis of Internal and External Environment of the Selected Company

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current situation of a company by analysing the internal and external environment, and offer valuable solutions for better impact including improving its position in the market. The selected company is called HZT Technik - servis a.s. located in Milin, and is engaged in sales, repairs and other services for agricultural machines. The company, its main activities and history are described. The necessary information was provided by the company itself and from the professional literature. The gained knowledge is valuable for understanding the issue and for analyses. To achieve the goal the Porter's five forces, financial analysis and swot analysis were used. The results of individual analyses have been summarized and were used to advise solutions for improving the current situation as defined.
Analysis of the internal environment of a selected company

The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the current situation with help of selected internal analyses. Based on the findings, possible changes to maintain or improve its market position were suggested.A SWOT analysis was compiled. Based on the results of the analysis, it was recommended to use its strengths to eliminate threats. Two strategies that should lead to profitability in the following periods were suggested.
