Klusáková, K. Proposal to increase the competitiveness of small wine shop. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. This Bachelor thesis suggests a proposal for increasing the competitiveness of a small wine shop in the city of Tišnov. Internal and external environmental analysis was used for the creation of the present work. In addition to determining the actual market situation, a survey and mystery shopping was conducted. The importance of the individual factors was evaluated using the Fuller triangles. Finally, a competitiveness strategy was chosen according to Porter, and the most important proposal was economically expressed.

The aim of the thesis is through the analysis of the external and internal environment drafted strategies and specific recommendations for improvement competitiveness of family viniculture. Literary research is composed of technical literature which is dealing with the topic. In empirical part using STEPE analysis, Porter’s model of the competitive and Principle of the potential for success are founded opportunities, threats, strength and weaknesses. By the SWOT matrix are proposed strategies for increasing competitiveness.

Analýza prostředí a návrh strategie pro Tonak a.s.

The Bachelor thesis evaluates the external and internal environment of the company Tonak a. s. On the basis of this analysis, the target is to design a strategy which allows the company to increase its market share and competitiveness in international markets. The part of the literature review describes basic concepts and methods that have been already written by other authors to these topics. In part of the results the individual methods are applied directly to the millinery industry and for the company Tonak a. s. The external environment is evaluated by STEPE analysis and Porter's model of competitive forces. The principle of the value chain is used for the analysis of the internal environment. The important factors of external and internal environment are summarized by SWOT analysis and a new strategy is proposed. The discussion part elaborates recommendation for the company and formulates benefits and costs of the chosen strategy.
