This master`s thesis deals with the performance measurement of Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. The first section explains what performance is and describes the theoretical basis, which relates with the methods of measurement and analysis of the company’s current state. In the following part there is the profile of the company with its current situation. The evaluation of the performance SSE, a.s. is measured by START PLUS model. This model identifies the strengths and the areas which need improvement and offers suggestions for improving the company’s performance.

This diploma thesis deals with the company performance assessment of the selected organization. The described organization is called ENVINET Inc. and it is analyzed according to multi-criteria model START PLUS. According to this model, the final point assessment of the company is realised, strengths and weaknesses and areas for improvement are identified. There are also proposed specific measures whose implementation can improve the performance of the analyzed company.

Evaluation of performance of Federal-Mogul Friction Products a.s. using EFQM Excelence model

The master´s thesis deals with performance measurement of the company FEDEDAL-MOGUL Friction Production, a.s. This valuation of efficiency is performed on EFQM Excellence model. Theoretical part of thesis is focused on description of selected models of valuation of efficiency with more detailed orientation to EFQM Excellence model. In the second part the company is characterized and company´s current situation is described.The last part contains an application of START PLUS model based on the principles of The EFQM Excellence Model. At the end are series of recommendations for increase efficiency.

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the assessment of the performance of the selected company. Investigated firm for this bachelor thesis is OSTRAVAPOL Beta Ltd. The core business is the purchase / sale metal sheets and making burnouts. This company will be analyzed based on the model START PLUS, which enables identify strengths, weaknesses, if any (unused) opportunities and will propose specific measures to improve the performance of rated company.
