Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice hodnocení výkonnosti vybraného podniku. Zkoumaná firma pro tuto bakalářskou práci je Ostravapol Beta, s.r.o. Hlavní činností firmy je nákup/prodej kovových plechů a tvorba výpalků. Tento podnik bude analyzován na základě modelu START PLUS, díky němuž budou po výsledku hodnocení zjištěny silné, slabé stránky, zda existují (dosud nevyužité) příležitosti a budou navržena konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení výkonnosti hodnocené firmy. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the assessment of the performance of the selected company. Investigated firm for this bachelor thesis is OSTRAVAPOL Beta Ltd. The core business is the purchase / sale metal sheets and making burnouts. This company will be analyzed based on the model START PLUS, which enables identify strengths, weaknesses, if any (unused) opportunities and will propose specific measures to improve the performance of rated company.
