Evaluation of the impact of the selected investment project on the development of the area

This thesis deals with problematics of insufficiency of parking spots in the area of the city of Prague and related Terminal Zlicin investment plan. In the theoretical part there are described basic concepts, investment process stages and public investment evaluation methods. Furthermore, the topics of regional development and regional policy are covered. In the practical part there are several analyses of current status and the impact of Terminal Zlicin project on the area development processes.

Ochrana krajiny s významnými kulturně historickými hodnotami: Krajina bitvy u Sudoměře

Aims of this bachelor thesis are to identify and define the natural and cultural-historical values of the area of interest, specifically the cadastral territory of Sudoměř u Čejetic, Mladějovice and Lhota u Kestřan. The definition is based on old and current maps, field research and studied literature. Next thing that is this bachelor thesis focused on is to assess the current state of the current phenomena, the potential danger that can be read from the planning documentation, and finding elements that would endanger the interest values, find a way of their elimination. In case that there is no threat, there are going to be suggested possible ways how to develop the territory. The first - introduction- sets out the aims and hypothesis od this bachelor thesis. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction of the area of interest, discussion with literature and methodology of the thesis with the definition of both natural and cultural-historical values of the territory, using old and current maps, but also the field survey. In the practical part, the given values are evaluated and the map structure from 1830 and from the present is compared. Possible threats are identified and then suggested the possible development of the site. At the end of this bachelor thesis there are evaluated and the reflected results of this thesis.

Bachelor thesis named Development of the municipality Podolí deals with the issue of sustainable development of the territory. Thesis gives a theoretical overview of definig the Statute of the municipality, the legislative, the basic features of the municipality, region and form of sustainable development of the territory. Furthermore, it also characterises and describes the area of cadastre in the municipality Podolí from all aspects and contains conducted structured interviews with citizens of the municipality. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is proposal of my own idea of future muncipality devel-opment. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is proposal of my own idea of future muncipality development.

Závislosti vybraných proměnných kolektivního sociálního kapitálu a rozvoje území

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the links between social capital and city development. The first part focuses on theoretical approach to the topic and defines the research questions including conditions of development of small towns. Set of indicators for both variables was determined based on findings of the first part of the work. The second part is devoted to the quantitative analysis whose outcome is to evaluate the relationship between social capital and the development of small towns in South-Moravian region. Identified results and their distribution in space is displayed in maps and interpreted.

Thesis is focused on analysis of territory appointed by the village of Písečná area and opportunities for its further development. The goal of this work is based on the theoretical and observed data using a questionnaire survey; suggest measures for further development of the municipality in the future along with the recommendations applicable in practice. The theoretical part is complemented with interpretation of terms related to the topic. This part of thesis also deals with analysis of historical and present state of the territory and describes components influencing development of this area. Part of the thesis is also questionnaire re-search in research part focused on the requirements and vision about the direction of the village population.

Historical block of flats development with its impact on market prices of flats on the present in Liberec

This thesis on historical development of the construction of residential buildings and its effect on market prices of dwellings currently in Liberec accompanies the issue of correlation between architectural styles and price currently. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explaining concepts such as housing, housing stock, housing market and its failure, which follows the historical description of the construction of residential buildings. In other chapters of this part is talking about urban planning and housing policy. The practical part looks at this issue from the perspective of a particular town, which is Liberec. For him the basic information about the local conditions, history of architecture and subsequently through the commodities market tested real estate prices mentioned correlation and era of construction. The main source of research is in the thesis comparing average prices per m2 for each building type. During and at the end, the results are commented and compared.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on draft of atlas of development area of microregion Budweis - north. Purpose of thesis is create concept of regional character atlas, which will demostrate socioeconomic and physicogeographical aspects of microregion, in comply with area development and needs of local administrations. Before own draft processing is attention focused to complex geographical analysis of area which provide major information about area condition and options of development which will be major source to create content of parts of atlas. Part of atlas draft will be several exemplary map lists.
