The importance of rituals in the educational process at elementary school

(in English): The thesis focuses on the analysis and understanding of the phenomenon of rituals within the educational process in primary school. In the theoretical part, an introduction is made to the issue of rituals in general, with an emphasis on their occurrence in different cultures and societies. The concept of ritual is further defined, through the definition, functions and types of rituals, not only in the context of education, but also in the perspective of sociology, anthropology, psychology and theology. The theoretical section also explores the context of rituals in the educational process, including the hidden curriculum, school culture, social interactions and the socialization process. In the empirical part of the work, a research problem is formulated that focuses on identifying rituals in the school environment and their function, and examining the relationships between rituals and the educational process. The research objectives are specified to address key issues and contribute to a deeper understanding of the issue. The methodology includes research in the form of case studies and a questionnaire survey, in order to obtain a comprehensive view of the issue.
