Thesis explains the issues of rehabilitation planning, options of rehabilitations planning, comparison problematice at small village against big company. It is shown diference between Czech republic and Great Britain. At the end is prepared a plan for financing the rehabilitation of the water supply network of Tehov village.

Psychosomatic approach in physiotherapy in postcovide syndrome

The thesis deals with the physiotherapeutic view of the post-covid syndrome and the psychosomatic approach to it. It is based on theoretical studies dealing with the connection between the psychological and somatic aspects of this disease and the extent of its influence on the patient's psychological and physical condition. On the basis of diagnostic tests of postural and respiratory functions, a 6-minute walk test and structured questionnaires (PHQ-9, PHQ-15, CAT and FAS) investigating the subjective feelings of the patient, such as experiencing illness, stress, fear and depression, it establishes possible physiotherapeutic interventions for the treatment of patients with post-covid syndrome. The work in the practical part presents a detailed proposal for a rehabilitation plan for patients with post-covid syndrome, based on the correction of the postural system, physiotherapy using the respiratory and postural functions of the diaphragm, respiratory physiotherapy and overall improvement of physical condition. Its effect is presented in the form of two case studies. Standardized questionnaires show an improvement in the physical and psychological condition of both patients. Total Knee Replacement

Title: Total knee replacement Aim: the aim of this thesis is to a clinical study of a patient who had underwent the total knee replacement and to give her suitable rehabilitation. This is the final thesis for the bachelor degree in physiotherapy. The anatomy of the joints, muscles, ligaments, cartilages of the knee joint are described with their functions. Also, the movements and kinesiology of the knee are discussed in details. All these followed by the osteoarthritis like what it is, what causes it and so-on. Total knee replacement are also described in detail with the proceduces that should be done before and after operation and the care that should be taken by the patient after the operation. At the end of the theoretical part, the ways of rehabilitation are being listed. In the case study, the initial examinations, short term plan, long term plan, day to day therapy and their effects are shown with the final examination and the therapeutic effect. The different approaches were used in the therapies to get the full function of the knee. The patient got better but needs more therapies. A total of 8 therapies were done with the patient.
