Práce se zabývá fyzioterapeutickým pohledem na postcovidový syndrom a psychosomatickým přístupem k němu. Vychází z teoretických studií zabývajících se propojením psychických a somatických aspektů této nemoci a mírou jejího vlivu na psychický i fyzický stav pacienta. Na základě diagnostických testů posturálních a respiračních funkcí, 6- minutového testu chůze a strukturovaných dotazníků (PHQ-9, PHQ-15, CAT a FAS) zjišťujících subjektivní pocity pacienta, jako je prožívání nemoci, stres, strach a deprese, nastoluje možné fyzioterapeutické intervence pro léčbu pacientů s postcovidovým syndromem. Práce v praktické části předkládá podrobný návrh rehabilitačního plánu u pacientů s postcovidovým syndromem, založeným na korekci posturálního systému, fyzioterapii s využitím respiračně posturálních funkcí bránice, respirační fyzioterapii a celkovém zlepšení fyzické kondice. Jeho účinek je prezentován formou dvou kazuistik. Standardizované dotazníky ukazují zlepšení fyzického i psychického stavu u obou pacientek. Výsledky rovněž dokazují, že v obou případech došlo ke zvětšení dechové amplitudy, a to až o 5 cm. Pozitivní dopad rehabilitačního plánu na fyzický stav jedné z pacientek sledovaného na základě 6-minute walking testu rovněž dokládá zlepšení o 17 %, což se považuje za značné klinické zlepšení.... The thesis deals with the physiotherapeutic view of the post-covid syndrome and the psychosomatic approach to it. It is based on theoretical studies dealing with the connection between the psychological and somatic aspects of this disease and the extent of its influence on the patient's psychological and physical condition. On the basis of diagnostic tests of postural and respiratory functions, a 6-minute walk test and structured questionnaires (PHQ-9, PHQ-15, CAT and FAS) investigating the subjective feelings of the patient, such as experiencing illness, stress, fear and depression, it establishes possible physiotherapeutic interventions for the treatment of patients with post-covid syndrome. The work in the practical part presents a detailed proposal for a rehabilitation plan for patients with post-covid syndrome, based on the correction of the postural system, physiotherapy using the respiratory and postural functions of the diaphragm, respiratory physiotherapy and overall improvement of physical condition. Its effect is presented in the form of two case studies. Standardized questionnaires show an improvement in the physical and psychological condition of both patients.
