After the investor's approval, practical implementation and proof of practicality of security systems will be executed.

Design and Realization of Acoustic Adjustments of Listening Room

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the design of acoustic modifications of residential space and the subsequent implementation of these modifications. Its aim is to design an optimal solution of the space for listening to music in accordance with the Czech Technical Standards. The basic parameters investigated are reverberation time and acoustic quality criteria. The thesis deals with simulation in the EASE modelling program and addresses situations before and after acoustic treatment. The following methods and procedures are used to comprehensively address the above mentioned treatments and to achieve the set objective. Furthermore, the simulation is verified with a custom calculator in Excel. After using the absorbers suitable for adjustment, the implementation with the final measurement of the reverberation time is carried out. Finally, an additional modification design is created using Helmholtz resonators. The implemented methods achieve an optimal and frequency balanced reverberation time and the room can be used as a mixing hall for multi-channel sound recording.

This work includes technical reports, site equipment, wider transport relations,budget calculation, time planning, inspection and test plan, mechanical assembly, contract for work, safety plan and risks on the building.

Apartment Building in Stromovka - Building Technology Project

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the building-technological project for the construction of a residential building in Hradec Králové. The apartment building is five-storey and has 33 residential units. The work is systematically divided into smaller logical units. First, the project is described in a technical report, followed by studies of the realization of the main building. After the description of the project, an indicative time and financial plan is prepared, which is refined by the schedule and budget itemization of the main building. An integral part of the design is mechanical engineering, staff balance and site construction equipment. To ensure the maximum quality of the work carried out, the technical regulations contain the control and test plans. In order to determine the supply possibilities of the construction it was necessary to carry out an assessment of the wider transport relations around the building.

It includes suggestions, procedures and recommendations for improving the company´s culture, which can lead to the better prosperity and more effective work.

Also master thesis focuses more on building a major object of the building, which is the storage, dispatch and administrative part of high-rack storage area spo. Building on this subject is further developed such documentation and other documents that complement and prescribe requirements for faster, easier, safer, better and technologically accurate realization of this phase.
