Generating Structured Test Data

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to create a tool for generating files with structure data content. The purpose of these files is to be used as test data conforming to testing of program input space. This thesis focuses on tree-structured data. The tool integrates tools implemented previously within Testos framework for generating test data in order to satisfy user-defined coverage criterion. The tool is able to generate a set of files in JSON or XML format containing test data satisfying ECC, BCC, or PWC coverage criterion.

Economical criminal acts in Spanish law

This bachelor thesis is about economical criminal acts in Spanish law and is divided into three parts. The first part describes basics of Spanish Criminal law, where some basic key words are explained, as well as the common features of economical criminal acts. In the second chapter differences between Czech and Spanish Criminal law are explained. There is also mention of the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters and how it works. The final chapter is divided into two parts. The first part describes the results of analysis on Economical criminal acts worldwide that was carried out by PricewaterhouseCoopers and is concentrated on Spain. The second part of the last chapter is dedicated to analysis of Criminal law in the case of corruption and money laundering that the family of Jordi Pujol is guilty off.
Analysis of CSR in a company

The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of corporate social responsibility (CSR) at PwC. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains basic concepts concerning the corporate social responsibility, as well as the history of CSR and reasons for implementing it. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the PwC network, mainly on PwC Czech Republic. Mentioned CSR activities done by PwC CZ and international strategy are used for comparison and evaluation, which also takes place by means of international standards. Results of the analysis serve as a basis for identification of space for improvement.
